1:22 I'm surprised no one has mentioned how fitting it is that the theme of Team Star, whose actions would lead to their ow destruction if left alone, contains the theme of Ultra Necrozma, a pokemon known for it's violent consumption of light
When I first terrestrised against the grunts and with this theme in the background I immediately fell in love with the game. My favourite theme after the terrestrial gym leader theme.
This has to be one of my favorite themes in the whole franchise, kinda feels wasted as a grunt theme lol, wish it had been a champion theme or something like that.
I can never take Team Star seriously. I mean, they are students just like us but with a bad reputation in a good way and they are all there only so that they can fight back the bullies that mistreated them. Plus, when I battle them, I feel like I share too much in common with them in terms of ideas that I am actually battling myself more than them. All hail Team Star for being heroes to each other when everybody else labels them as a villain!
Same here. I relate to team star for many reasons, wich is why it also didn't felt right to me to battle them. You see, my brain tells me to beat the grunts in order to beat the game while my heart asks me over and over again if we are able to join team star, because I completely argree with them. The more I started to learn about the team the more I wanted to avoid the bases knowing what operation starfall was about. I just didn't want team star to end
it does, though. it plays when you battle 2 in front of the school and for all 5 of the guards of each base that's every encounter besides the bosses who get their own theme
When I first heard this theme in the game I didn’t think much of it but now that I hear it again it’s one of my favorite Pokémon themes of all time. I’m not exaggerating something about the happy yet melancholic theme being given to the grunts is surprising yet amazing. I genuinely prefer it over Pennys theme although that theme is a banger as well.
While I do agree it's slaps 200% it wouldn't really fit the leaders, the theme is trying to reflect sadness and triumph(the bullying) which wouldn't really fit the hypness around the Gym Challenge
@@kablammo123 0:40 and onwards the chords seem long and the solemn guitars in the background I think make it sound like they're screaming their emotions about all their sadness, and overall the theme doesn't have a "uplifiting" tone, sounds sad yet hopeful(im a music nerd)
What I like about this game are the design choices that have been made here and there. I believe that the Team Star logo purposely looks like a Star with a fragment disconnected from the rest. Stars also are a common way to indicate 'good things' within an academy, or a good student. The people within Team Star.... Really all they want is to be 'stars', something they are locked out of, something they feel they can't reach. Using it as a trademark and facade to hide their underlying issues. If you want to look even deeper into it, the logo is comprised out of 6 triangles, and Team Star has 5 crew bosses + 'the big boss'
I'm not a dancer, I don't like to dance, I don't dance... But God damnit... THIS THEME IS SO EPIC! Makes me want to dance or battle! Scarlet & Violet best Pokémon games ever and that soundtrack is out of this world!
A testament to just how awesome this theme is.. The first time I heard this in the fight just before entering the school, I *_called_* almost the entire Team Star plotline, and as it unfolded it ended up exactly how I thought.. This song sounds hype, like audacious hooligans having fun and looking tough... But also extremely 'regretful', as if they've already lost and are now trying to remember good times and desperately trying to keep a dream alive. And I got all that just from this completely lyric-less instrumental.
This song slaps so much, I know you don't normally upload city themes, but I do hope you put the Levincia town theme. This song and that one are probably my favorite tracks aside from all of Area Zero. Either way love your uploads and hope your playthrough is going well!
POV: You're listening to the song fully for the first time while battling the kid infront of the Poison Star Base... (F*ck that area is laggy when it rains)
I love this theme so much. One part sounds somewhat like the team plasma grunt theme, and the other part sounds like something from sonic forces. It’s great.

Play with the difficulty Romhack and problem solved :D
the beat goes into half time and its so good oh my gorf
0:40 is when it gets good
Been loving this game so far!
This has to be the best battle theme for the game. I really wish it was showcased a lot more than a few grunt battles, such a bop.
The girl grunt really said :3
That girl literally went:
⭐ω⭐
why
This sounds like a battle of a really important character in the game. It doesn’t sound like a grunt theme at all lol
1:22 I'm surprised no one has mentioned how fitting it is that the theme of Team Star, whose actions would lead to their ow destruction if left alone, contains the theme of Ultra Necrozma, a pokemon known for it's violent consumption of light
Okay I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed it.
Definitely proof that Jun'ichi Masuda co-composed this one (and maybe by proxy the rest of the Starfall Street music).
How many Pokémon do the grunts have
It fits with their name too since Ultra Necrozma also has a star motif.
I just can't hear it. Is it the faint background guitar?
Te quiero mucho Pokémon, gracias por estos temazos
This theme had no business being this good (and this long, you never get to hear the best part)
When I first terrestrised against the grunts and with this theme in the background I immediately fell in love with the game. My favourite theme after the terrestrial gym leader theme.
So 🔥🔥🔥, can't stop listening as well as their team bosses' theme
Can't believe a GRUNT theme goes this hard and we basically never hear the extra good parts. We knock out their Lv. 12 Yungoos and then it's all over.
This has to be one of my favorite themes in the whole franchise, kinda feels wasted as a grunt theme lol, wish it had been a champion theme or something like that.
That’s so true. I just beat the elite 4 this morning, and the music was so laaaame compared to this.
@@narf1070 elite 4 theme was bugged it looped at 15 sec
@@Magmatical someone else just told me that! You’re right, it’s actually super good. That’s too funny.
Giacomo is the MVP of this game, DAMN THIS SONG
Grunts: "Hey Giacomo, can we have a theme song?"
Giacomo: "...You get one."
The One Track: 0:00
The best grunts theme ever made for Pokémon.
The best not one of the best
@cecillegend9161 Oops. 😅 Thanks for the correction, my guy.
Team Magma Better because of those BEAUTIFUL AND GORGEOUS FRENCH HORNS
I don't have a opportunity to play Scarlet & Violet Games but this sounds awesome!
I want to someday play this Pokemon game
Man, not even Team Star found a way to take off the school uniforms and they're rebels.
Are those things attached with superglue or something?
I don't understand how this piece of art is not at pokeli's top 50
he didnt put any s/v songs into any of the playlists yet
It’s sad that the theme doesn’t get played in most of the Team Star battles
it does, though.
it plays when you battle 2 in front of the school and for all 5 of the guards of each base
that's every encounter besides the bosses who get their own theme
They went so unnecessarily hard on this theme and I am so happy they did.
Si XDDD
When I first heard this theme in the game I didn’t think much of it but now that I hear it again it’s one of my favorite Pokémon themes of all time. I’m not exaggerating something about the happy yet melancholic theme being given to the grunts is surprising yet amazing. I genuinely prefer it over Pennys theme although that theme is a banger as well.
To literally everybody saying this theme didn't need to be this good... do you guys know how awesome Team Star is?
Honestly this should’ve been the theme to the gym leaders cause it slaps 🎉🤟
While I do agree it's slaps 200% it wouldn't really fit the leaders, the theme is trying to reflect sadness and triumph(the bullying) which wouldn't really fit the hypness around the Gym Challenge
@@shuichisaihope398 I do not understand how a song like this is meant to represent being upset over getting bullied at school
@@kablammo123 0:40 and onwards the chords seem long and the solemn guitars in the background I think make it sound like they're screaming their emotions about all their sadness, and overall the theme doesn't have a "uplifiting" tone, sounds sad yet hopeful(im a music nerd)
This song has no business being such a banger for being the theme of such insignificant fights
Friends: it's just a grunt theme, they are always boring.
Me: Hold my beer and listen to this
Neo Team Plasma: am I a joke to you
@@zerius6743 yes, yes you are.
@@zerius6743 "Neo"???
I didn't even realize this goes hard as hell, Gamefreak cooked with this one.
This is the best theme I’ve encountered so far in the game. I haven’t reached the end yet so keep that in mind but damn this theme slaps.
Wait till you hear Penny's theme
Wait until you hear *[REDACTED]’s* theme
To me, that's simply.. the greatest theme Pokemon ever released.
Yes.
I admit it.
I'm not a dancer, I don't like to dance, I don't dance... But God damnit... THIS THEME IS SO EPIC! Makes me want to dance or battle! Scarlet & Violet best Pokémon games ever and that soundtrack is out of this world!
But the graphics and bugs 😫😫
Or THAT'S WHAT I WOULD SAY IF I WASN'T ENJOYING THE GAME AS MUCH AS IM DOING RN
A testament to just how awesome this theme is.. The first time I heard this in the fight just before entering the school, I *_called_* almost the entire Team Star plotline, and as it unfolded it ended up exactly how I thought..
This song sounds hype, like audacious hooligans having fun and looking tough... But also extremely 'regretful', as if they've already lost and are now trying to remember good times and desperately trying to keep a dream alive.
And I got all that just from this completely lyric-less instrumental.
Enserio esta es el tema de batalla de un subordinado, esto suena más como el tema de un protagonista en una batalla decisiva. Muy buen tema la verdad
this could very well be the theme of the villain of the games, it's fucking insane
I don't think this would fit as well as the one they already use
The Team Star Themes and Area Zero are crazy. Holy shit
This is just their FIRE mixtape. That's the lore for why it is so good.
Even without the rain it’s laggy lol
Pokemon, always surprising us with GOD tier soundtracks ❤
I love this theme so much. One part sounds somewhat like the team plasma grunt theme, and the other part sounds like something from sonic forces. It’s great.
Bruh the grunts took like less than 30 seconds to beat. Would have never heard this banger if it wasn't for this video. Thanks again Pokeli!
Bro i cant stop hearing the boss and grunt themes after i hear them
Why is this so good lol they had no obligation to go this hard on a grunt theme but I’m really glad they did 😂
would you believe me if i told you i thought this was team admin music at first, yes this simply goes that hard
I always like the smile from the female grunt, she looks so silly
HOLY HELL
FOR A GRUNT THEME THIS IS SO GOOD
How many Pokémon does team team star have
todos los temas de equipos son buenos... Algunos geniales , pero este... ES ES-PEC-TA-CU-LAR
Music composer and arranger of this theme: *Teruo Taniguchi*
fact this is so good and u only get to here it like 5 times in the game is criminal
i like the female grunt's face, it's cute as heck
>:3
@@kirbyridingyoshi28why
@@im_a_tide_pod that's what her face looks like
My favorite part about this song is that the drop always seems to happen right as the battle actually starts
Props to Giacomo, the absolute GOAT for making such a banger
Never realized how hard this theme went until I got up to do a load of laundry mid battle lol
Banger. Sadly you only hear like 20 seconds of the theme in game lol
I don't know who the fuck was in the studio mixing this banger, but they had no reason to make it this fucking hard for basic grunts. But I'm so god damn glad they did.
actually one of if not my favourite grunt theme in all of pokemon.
I'd be down to fight a few more grunts with a theme like this
Best battle theme of the game
The fact that we only get to hear this absolute banger like 5 times in the entire game is criminal.
Despite their glaring problems, this team is easily my favorite to ever come out of a pokemon game
Do you guys realize Penny basically has all the control over the campus's rotoms, right?
0:00 That intro synth 😍😍
How many Pokémon does team star have
@@robertbreschard3493 not enough
This is probably the best grunt theme ever lol
Damn I love team Star, love their art too, and of course this TEMAZO
Yeah is very TEMAZO :v, i dont know that you are spanish men or something like that :V
1:22 is so beautiful
