I actually prefer the smaller bikes. I don't need 100 miles of range and the bigger ones just carry a giant battery which is dead weight if you don't need to ride for weeks without charging.

I think the small 16 inch wheel size makes gears too hard to design into the model. I've not yet seen one with 16 inch or smaller wheels have gears. Have you seen one?

I would contact the manufacturer as they made an updated version that is a bit different from mine. I have no idea why you are having issues. I did not have any and it might be due to those updates.

I'd say about a 10 degree incline is the most it can handle with pedaling. The max range listed on the product page is under ideal conditions so the best case scenario. Real world range depends on how much less pedaling you do, how hilly your biking area is, and how fast you go on throttle only. It could be as low as 25% of the max listed range. This is the case for all eBikes, not just this one.
is it possible to break 25 km speed limit? there is a secret menu in some ebikes to cancel speed limit. do you know how to open the secret menu of this bike?
Yes, you can add a rear seat post rack and add a basket to that or add a basket to the front handlebar. There are a lot of 3rd party accessories that could work. Too many to list here but here's a link to a rack that should get you started... amzn.to/4cr2n73

That's a bit of a different bike. Has some interesting features. For those who want the ease of an e-bike but desperately crave that workout not offered by regular e-bikes.
I find the feature to make it into an exercising biki very interesting. I have never seen this feature in any ebike and making the wheel hub motors resistance to charge the battery is simply genius. If they offer a higher wattage motor that would be the perfect ebike. Finally notifications work for me😅
I suspect with a higher wattage motor, it will be harder to charge it but it might charge faster with the extra effort. I guess we'll see when new models like this come out later.

You could use this ebike and never charge it off the AC wall adapter if you use it as an exercise bike.
