- The arraignment of David Knezevich has been postponed for a week after his lawyer told the court she had not yet been paid. Knezevich is facing charges in connection with the disappearance of his estranged wife, Ana Knezevich Henao, who had been living in Madrid after the couple separated. Per reports, Knezevich leveraged the couple's real estate assets after their separation. The vehicle has a telematics system which provides much more detailed information VS a cellphone.
No body no crime
No Body big crime
the cell phone can move independent of the car... whereas the car is stuck with its tracking system..
THINK! thats why the car is more concrete for sure evidence. correlation of cell and car is a tech slam dunk if no one else could have driven car
Plus He had to transport her remains likely so the car would be closest to where they are. The phone can be left behind, but he cant be far from the car as he would have to carry all that and he wouldnt be trecking miles.
I would think they would have to find her body to make a case - what if they never find her ?? How long can they legallybhold him on suspicion of kidnapping with no body ? Im not sure what happens from here ?
So if they have all the data on the car like that why don’t use the same thing for Bryan Kohberger

This is a European car, this vehicles move from one Country to another in a matter of days, they need to have accurate data, there are no borders.
Would this be treated the same way the criminal Americans with ammunition in Turks and Caicos were found? Do Americans commit crimes in other countries and don’t be accountable?
he was charged in the US and she is a US citizen, so hes going to be prosecuted here.
