Love all of this content Brian. I love the fact you are showing us real world examples of vehicles that were used hard and how you turn them around. Nice comparison of the black Honda next to the black Lexus that you corrected!
My wife’s car is our daily driver, a shopping cart ran into the driver’s door scuffing the clear coat, I was able to buff it out by hand, is it perfect? No, my point is that I learned from people like you not to chase perfection and save the clear coat, thanks Brian 👍😁
Pilot front end rattle might be a loose heat shield. Happens on those models. At any rate, I love the new direction of the channel. Keep it up! 👍 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎊
Those seats look exactly as my 2007 that Color is referred as Parchment but I’ll be sending my head rest to GEIST to get an better color match per their recommendation 👍
My seats are Faux leather because of of cracking and peeling of some clear coat at the driver side bolster 😡. Been using Geist for repairing and Recoloring 👍
Brian: Making money in the car business is really difficult. I was an independent owner/operator for 30 years. There's rent, insurance fees, licensing, utilities and tons of other expenses Flip is usually unaware of. 1ze-2-ze, yeah. You do a nice presentation of what it takes to fix something for personal use, but to flip for a profit? Most are not knowledgeable of what level of reconditioning it takes to bring it to market and are unaware of market conditions. Again, nice presentation, Mitch
When you get to the battery you will be able to read the date of when it was manufactured Also they have scan tools specifically for reading both the battery and alternator They are pretty cheap and do come in handy especially if you are going to be buying and selling autos Hope you make a kabillion Brian
You yourself have visited PPG Corporation/Labs talked with Chemist. I know this from me following your channel 4 years ago plus and yo casually mentioned it while you were assessing the paint condition before put the polisher on the car. Any else detail a Dusenberg besides Brian?
I still don’t understand how people think you can remove a deep scratch. You can make it look better. But the material is gone. And trying to sand. And the polish it down is just removing even more from the surrounding surface.. just further shortening its life span..
A good vehicle to work on. It'll test you. Yeah, the Honda paint is a challenge. Thin and sorta cheap. Now, the carpet is probably the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure it qualifies as carpeting. The windshield is pretty cheap as well. Pits very easily. Overall, though, Honda makes a pretty good vehicle. Freshend up it should sell fairly easily. Cool.
Don’t worry about what the comment section says, the negative commenters never know what they’re talking about. Realistically, the first wash by the next owner will destroy the paint because they’ll take the vehicles to the drive-through scratch and dent.
Hands Free Link(HFA). are notorious for going bad which will drain your battery overnight. Both my 2007 and 2008 Tl Type S both had that problem. My remedy was to disconnect the Bluetooth module of the HFA
I have a few new "wipe On" Clear Coat products to show you and how/when to utilize them. Stay Tuned!
When you are finished it will be a nice vehicle!! Thanks Brian!!
Awesome stuff Brian!!
Yeah I know I say it a lot.. but its soo fun watching someone who knows what the actual flip is going on...👌🏻
I am going to be watching for your paint touchup methods sounds very interesting. Looking forward to that! Hopefully soon! 👍
Love your approach! It is refreshing to see somebody doing this process correct.
A nice daily driver for the north east coast. Won’t last long when reconditioning has been completed.
I've owned multiple Honda's and loved them. If you take care of them, they’ll take care of you.

"entry level" carpeting. I despise it. :)
13:30 made me laugh. Still enjoying the content Brian!
Hopefully you have the wheel lock key lol

Exactly.
This Piot is like the 'tank' of their brand? Transmission the weaker link then?
The code is in the glove box there's a sticker in there
Could you do a stearing wheel detail on this one, please.
I put your request on the list. It shall be done.
All EXL trims come with real leather.
