    I have fed the starter and I am going to leave it out overnight. Tomorrow, when I bake the bread, do I feed the starter again before putting it back into the refrigerator, or do I feed it when I bake bread again? I bake bread once a week.

      You only need to feed it right before making it, preferably the night before you make the dough.

    I use to make excellent sourdough, but for some reason my last few attempts have flopped😢 I am going to try this method using yeast! Will update you tomorrow!

      ​@bakingitbeautiful I made it! Excellent! I got so many compliments, and now my office expects bread every Monday morning 🎉 I will never make sourdough again without using yeast in the bread mixing stage❤ Better 40 cents of yeast than a wasted bunch of ingredients 🎉 sorry for the delayed update 😐

    Can I cut all those ingredients in half and make half as many loaves of bread we don't need that much at once

    I accidentally put 1 1/4 c of sugar in my dough instead of a cup. I was looking at the recipe for the starter. I’ve got no idea how that will turn out.

      It will probably still taste good, just a bit sweet.
