You have broken down the process so well! Wish I had this needs to know before I did all my moots, it would have saved me so much time figuring out what the focus on. Fantastic video! 🌟
I am first year law student. I will have a 5 minutes argument in January , i am sooo scared. What will be if i don't understand the judge just because i am panicking? I am so grateful for your video. Thank you so much!
If I may chime in here, it is perfectly in order to politely ask the Judge to repeat the question. When the question is being repeated, you must listen keenly so that you may answer. Being scared is part of the process, but you can't allow it to ruin all your hard work.
Wonderful guide, thank you. I'm a first-year LLB student and looking forward to Mooting, this guide will prove invaluable. I am new to the channel but very pleased that I have found it.
question! can the 'opposition' see my skeleton outline of the moot? in turn, can I see theirs? to help me prepare when I go up again, someone In a competition or in a moc trail at university.
Hello @tazaldeek What advice do you have for people who wants to pursue law but doesn’t have a law degree (LLB) or come from a different discipline. Is it difficult ? Do we have to start from scratch or is there a bridging course and then jump to LLM? Thanks
Depends on where you're at. In Michigan, all you need is an associate degree to go to law school. It doesn't matter what it's in. If all you want to do is be an assistant (paralegal), in most of the states, you don't need a formal education. Though it does help if you do. Whether it's a certificate or an associate degree in paralegal.

A warrior relies on the One True God. Always remember that He is with you so why fear a mere man?

In what context would you say the phrase ‘I am obliged’?
If you are obliged to submit to a ruling of the court on some point, the customary formula is ‘I am obliged’
And anyone to be my mentor for help🙏🙏
"Lord" cannot be a true Christian if you go calling another man "Lord" .. can you . ??

In the UK you can do a GDL if you have a degree in another discipline
