I went to Oswestry after visiting Shrewsbury. Shrewsbury is nice. Oswestry is depressing. I expected it to have historic buildings and instead it had a run down, bleak 1970's shopping centre with derelict shops and a sense of real disrepair. What a huge disappointment! I'm so sorry I went out of my way to see this place.
You don’t know me, but if you did you wouldn’t use the word ‘research’ so lightly. I spent seven years conducting ‘research.’ I can see with ‘open eyes’ perfectly- the town of Oswestry is an array of run down shops with decaying signs and has that bleak feel associated with a village in decay. I’m trying to say: it’s a ‘dump.’ The countryside is moderately pleasant in comparison to more beautiful parts of Wales.
Another interesting video. I remember going up there at 8am one Bank Holiday morning.
Top drawer, Mr.Vobes.

We make snow forts in Canada. I did enjoy your walk. You seem to have a lot of green space around different towns there.

I think Lola should have her own show-name , something like "Lola the four legged explorer" or "Lola the sniffing explorer"? Ideas anyone?
She'll start asking for payment in dog biscuits next! :)
Lola "The Bold Explorer"?
Enjoyed this one Richard but, have you and Harriet had cross words? She's walking away from you this time!
Geoff Stevens No at all. She was expecting an important phone call! :)
Don't know much about hill forts but if Lola is going to video bomb you she could at least get in costume.
Real Green Dress Vintage & Ethical Wedding & Party Dress Shop I guess she should have!
