Thanks for explaining that. I liked your video. I went for my first OMT treatment with a new Dr yesterday and it was amazing what she did. I guess it was partly my own relaxed state as well, that allowed me to experience huge circles of colors of orange, yellow and blueish purple.. then 4 or 5 times I also thought the sun was coming and going due to bright light that kept coming and going but it seemed too rhythmic to be the sun. Then I felt a quick wave of emotions and my eyes watered a little. Pretty darn intense. And it's been the catalyst today for me to bump up my healing a notch! I'm looking forward to listening to more of your videos😊

I see red ,then purple with a white spot in the middel .

I see them no matter if I am meditating or not. My vision has always been layered even as a child. It’s like I shift what I focus on. But since my inner vision switched to examining my dark side I not only see pulse of different colors before I sleep. I see a ring of vibration in the shape of an eye at times, in the shape of my mouth at other times. The ring comes up open then closes like a pulse. Then the deeper into sleep I go, I start to see layered openings with people, animals, trees, insects. And I travel through until I get to wherever I’m going. Then if there is something I need to remember when I awaken I do. Mostly, I don’t.

Hey, could you tell me way I always see de green color? I maditate already for more than 10years and there is only 1 color that I see… and it is green. It is beautyfull, but I dont understand way only green. Thanks if you could answer

I saw eyes like one is yellow and another is black like in the shape of third eye splitted equally
And purple color spinning round
And yellow light with red and yellow sprinkle in edges . I don't know what it is. And i saw a person shadow only the head having some sort of object in rest position.
