I gotta say it’s good to know that the strongest voice actor is the person voicing Rick. My issue with the walking bread was that they had fitting voices for everyone but Rick was being played by a British dude even though he’s from the south. But this is seriously some of the best voice work ever and I can’t wait to see the voice actors you guys will get for characters like Negan, Ezekiel, Alpha and Beta. Keep it up!
I personally think that Andrew Lincoln's American accent used for the walking bread is good enough. Sure it slips out sometimes but it's not like extremely noticeable and I'd still believe it. Idk if I get a say though bc I'm not southern
Alpha and beta were perfect in the show. Shame it wasn't a very strong storyline but they NAILED it. The voice actor for Rick here can go from zero to 100 which is pretty jarring. He needs to build the emotion a bit more but he nails it perfectly next session.

I started with the videogame series when i got introduced to walking dead. It was interesting for me when I found out Shawn and Hershel were part of the main story.
That's exactly how I was introduced to TWD! Watched Pewdiepie play it and I was hooked!! That's when I watched the show and when I came across the walking bread!! And it all led up to this!! Hell yeee!!!
Same with me. I knew about the series but wasn’t interested until I watched a walkthrough of the Telltale video game. After that my college roommate got me hooked on the Tv series right as the mid-season finale of Season 4 aired. Then I got interested in the comics too and the rest is history.
so happy i found this channel, i was really into the walking breads comic dubs but they stopped at the all out war arc, so i really hope you guys are able to make it that far and past that, either way the voice acting is great and especially the background music and effects!

It's interesting how different this is from walking bread. Don't get me wrong I absolutely loved their work (that's why I'm here( but it's pretty interesting how you've altered the mood on things. Like with Allen in Andrea I read it as being sinister from walking bread, but you made it sound tragic.
I want to thank who put this together. I love the walking dead. I'm sure you didn't make money from this and all I got is lint in my pocket. Just know I will pass this along to the next man.
I’m sure you hired actors to play all of the parts, but you can hear a big dip in Laurie’s mic quality vs Rick’s. His file sounds very clean and rich and she sounds compressed and poorly recorded. It sounds like he is a voice actor with a pro setup/studio and she is recording at home with a low-quality mic. I know you have a budget and don’t have a recording studio where you fly everyone out and everyone is on the same setup together in a room, but some EQ needs to happen where an audio engineer can try to match these files so they sound cohesive. I love the show and just want the best because the story deserves it and the effort does as well. Everyone is doing a good job. Just a listeners’ honest critique.
The farm and then saying about noing what there eating is a great parallel to the farm in the games with the canables or the ones who choped the guys leg off in the show
I gotta say as an Irish guy listening to characters with Irish accents is really strange especially Glenn a Korean and I mean these accents are really country aswell 22:46 that's a Mayo accent really country it's funny to hear makes me think about a walking dead show set in Ireland.

I enjoyed the walking bread but the voice acting eventually came too much for me to bare. This is amazing, do you have any plans to complete the whole series? To me your videos make the comics more immersive while I read them. If that makes sense.
I like how in the first comic its like "we thought you were dead" but by volume 2 lori and shane both think rick is safe and they do it anyway and shane says "you dont know how long ive wanted this" That shoulda been a huge red flag for lori that shane might be scheming and it shoulda been a red flag that lori be triflin!
Ahh so zombies is a thing in their universe prior to the outbreak, and words like "walker" and "roamer" are codifying the different behaviors. I always thought it was dumb in the show, because telling stories of the undead occurs in every culture because its a scary damn concept.

In the Comic universe, Glenn did leave Lee's group in Telltale's TWD and Hershel did kick Lee's Group out of the farm due to his son Shawn's death. It's canon in the comic universe. And it was confirmed that Lee was actually on the way to the prison that Rick and the group go to in the third Volume before the outbreak.

I wanted to read this comics so bad, but it's hard, because Daryl wasn't in it, he is my comfort character in The Walking Dead Universe
