@@TallyHo850 Correct, you have no idea nor clue how the upper right lives. UNC is the face and biggest overall brand in the ACC. Looks like FSU will be a cautionary tale.

Hmmm, The ACC sounds like they are willing to take this contract case all the way to the United States Supreme Court if necessary. The court drama is just getting warmed up. Florida State and Clemson may have to wait until long after the ACC rights expire to settle their court case. The court cases can take decades depending on the appeal process towards the United States Supreme Court if it goes that far. Delay strategies can cause chaos for schools thinking of leaving early from their conference. Ouch!
Uh, decades? Only in your fantasy world. The cases will wrap up in FL and SC by next Jan-Feb-Mar. Then they will go on appeal to the state Court of Appeals so that be Jun-Jul-Aug. After that, the Federal Court of Appeals and they will have a ruling by the end of next year. The Supreme Court only takes around 5% of the cases sent to it. This case most likely won’t be heard by them unless there is some serious issue with it. While we all love college athletics, not everyone else does. Very slim chance they take it. In fact, there is a 95% chance they won’t. This will be over, one way or the other in two years.
