Disneyland Ride Testing Locations Then and Now
Вставка

- See the real birthplace of Disneyland rides, where Walt Disney personally tested them. The ride locations then and now. See where the Disneyland rides were researched and developed. The rides were not designed in southern California but in Northern CA. This is the story of Mountain View, CA based Arrow Development, and how they helped Walt Disney and his Imagineers create the iconic Disneyland Rides we know and love.

This was a terrific video, really enjoyed watching it!
Hey thanks! I’m glad you found this video ☺️
Great vid!
Thanks! This video never took off; glad you found it!
Great video. I can't wait to see more from you.
Great video Stanley! Super interesting. Love watching the Disney / Santa Cruz Boardwalk connection. Definitely going to share this video 😁🌊🎢
Hey thanks! I had no idea either that Walt Disney ever visited Santa Cruz until I did a bit of research - the same with the rides being made in Mountain View. 🤯😄
Great piece of Disney history..... Sorry but I saw it 4 years late. lol
Thanks! Glad you found it! This video never found it’s audience. The algorithm never pushed it out? I might try changing the thumbnail and title?
That could be. I thought it was going to be only about computer software not the design and testing of the physical rides. Maybe try;
Disneyland rides real birthplace.
Pirates of the Caribbean waterfall birthplace.
Early Disneyland rides R&D shop.
Disneyland rides build and test locations "then and now"
Just thinking, is was a real interesting watch, maybe use the pic of Walt going down the waterfall as a thumbnail 6:06

I highly recommend you check out a documentary I directed back in 2016 called "The Legacy of Arrow Development", which will give you a much deeper insight into the history of the company. You can check it out at: www.legacyofarrow.com
And for more detail about the Walt Disney visit to Santa Cruz, check out this interview with Ted Whiting III who personally served Walt a hamburger during the visit you referenced to: ua-cam.com/video/4DGcSl-D0Sg/v-deo.html
Hi there. The links you sent sound interesting. I read the book Roller Coasters, Flumes, and Flying Saucers, - yes Arrow did so much more than just Disneyland rides!! I check our your documentary soon 👍🏻 thanks
