thank you so much for not just going "1, 2, 3" snap crackle alakazam and acting like an educator. you actually took the time to sit down and explain your thought process, logic, and approach in assessing and adjusting a patient. people with that sort of mindset are very rare, and for that I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation.

Wow thank you for showing the details!🙏🏼 👍🏻👍🏻
I really need this adjustments & treatment. I've fallen from a 2nd floor, broken several bones in my left feet. Since recovered from the last operation until now (+2 years) my feet still in pain when standing in a period of time, cannot tip toe on my left feet (feels very painful) even cannot squat normally (limited flexibility). Every time i rotating the ankle to the right or left i can feel pop and crack sound. I am hoping can find a good & professional chiropractor like you in my country. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I definitely need this. I sprained my ankle somehere in 2005. Didn’t think much of it. Had about 5 days worth of pain; never sought medical treatment. In the last 5 years I noticed I’d keep spraining that same ankle. I don’t wear heels often, and this would happen when I’m wearing sneakers. And still, no obvious pain until about this year. I wake up in the morning and my foot can’t bear weight. (5’2”/135-140lbs). I’d have to massage my foot for some minutes before I can walk around.

Wow. I went to a chiropractor for the first time today, and he didn’t even touch my foot like that. The reviews were good and they had an available spot an hour after I called, so I went. He barely touched my foot!! He just said that based on my injury, my problem was the tissue. He did ultrasound therapy and said I should come back every two days for 2 weeks. For me, that’s an out of pocket expense. I can FEEL that my foot needs to pop. Like when I was a kid and I would sit on my feet and they would crack, that’s what I feel.
The ultrasound therapy seems to have helped a tiny bit, but I can’t wrap my head around the fact that he barely touched my foot!! He didn’t even check to see the dorsiflex. He didn’t even ask me to try to dorsiflex.

When im doing calf raises, squats, and jumps, my previously sprained ankle (grade 2 sprain) always "cracks" and theres definitely restriction in the movement/mobility of that ankle. I'm not sure if the sound's coming from the cuboid or the talus, but theres definitely limit in the range of motion in both plantar and dorsiflexion. Are there any remedies for this problem (like stretches, exercises, etc.) or is getting adjusted by a chiropractor my only hope?
