March Madness on the Columbia

Great first bass fishing trip of the year! 13 bass with the best 5 going 15lb 13oz (4lb 3oz, 3lb 5oz, 3lb 2oz, 2lb 10oz, 2lb 9oz). Jackhammer Stealthblade and rattletrap did the damage on fish in the 5-7' depth and a drop shot and Ned rig picked up fish that were staged out deeper in 12-15'. Water temp was 46-47F and the fish were feeding hard. Just an awesome spring day in Oregon with a bit of everything some sun, some rain, some calm and some wind. Just a wonderful way to kick off my bass season!!
