Hi there! Great consideration points here! My wife is from Grand Junction. So, we have familiarization with there. We also come there from Ouray every 4 or so months. We really need to just come up there and stay for like a week. I would want to get a day or two, per the 3 main towns, to see what triggers the vibe.
My wife’s perspectives of now, especially of Fruita and Palisade, will probably be substantially different as compared to the 80s , when she left the area. Both of those locations pretty much had nothing back then. And, I know that is not the case now.

Ya, that's what we've found to be the case with our Clients. They just get a "vibe" for an area and then finding the house becomes fairly easy.
