    You could for example make cialedda, a typical Southern Italy dish: a true delicacy that can be easily made with basic ingredients; simple yet delicious.
    Ingredients:
    - Dough
    Durum wheat flour - 500 g / 1 lb
    Brewer’s yeast - 10 g
    Water - 1 cup
    Extra virgin olive oil - 1 cup of coffee
    - Seasoning
    Red onion - 1
    Carosello cucumber - 1
    Small tomatoes - 5
    Oregano
    Basili
    Vinegar
    Salt and pepper - to taste
    Extra virgin olive oil - plentiful
