The insight to the build quality is second to none, the control panel and more importantly the way you can control the drum including the option of being gravity or pump fed is brilliant.
Thank you. Yes I was very impressed. That option will be handy for some. Simple and easy. Looking forward to seeing more koi keepers like me who have red label. I’m a believer after running one for 6 years and seeing the factory. Also having a new model myself. Love it.
@@bdkoi1 good question - having an engineering background I found the manufacturing process for the filters and controls very interesting. To me what came across is that this is a company that pays a lot of attention to detail to get the manufacturing right, has a good continuous improvement culture and pays attention to spares / after sales service. The energy and enthusiasm of Guido shone through, he's obviously the man making it all happen.
Excellent video and nice insight into the product design and production of these drums. I've looked at them in the past and always a little out of my price bracket but at least now I can see why they are more expensive. I love the fact that each one is hand made and has a serial number and manual specific to it and only it. Where can these be purchased in the UK? I see a few places but they don't appear to have the newer models like the Happy for instance?
Wow. Beast of a drum that. Yes. You can upgrade. I got drum brush to add and also new screens. Also upgraded the software on the controller to. Lots more options. The new ‘patented seal’ is next level. No one I think can produce something like this standard. It’s also has a patent. 🤩🤩✨
@@jrothwe2 You can change the seal. You’re generation of drum won’t accommodate the new type seal. It’s actually cut into the drum itself. Also uses different fixings from the dirty side. I’d think best to upgrade what you can then change the entire unit eventually. The new units are the bomb. 🎉🎉
There is 12x units in Japan. Whilst filming 4 units was being sent out to breeders in the Niigata area. 🙌🏽 re watch video and you will see it’s mentioned. Also, I was in Japan last month and there are drums in the bedders south Japan. 🍷😎

Top quality engineering and attention to detail on these units really makes these top level units 👌
Indeed. Next level TBH.
Great Insight into how red label makes their drums
Amazing hand made products
Deffo a company I will be looking at in the future 🤞🏼

Thanks for your kind words. Lee Essex of Midlands Koi will have them in from January 2023. ✨😁🎉🎉
I must say I have the older Red Label Combi 75X100 XL and I love it. Looking forward to adding the upgrades.

Hello. Thank you! Took @guido maybe 25/30mins. The new drums come already done. Would you benefit from an upgrade like this?

Why you dont sell it to Japan..?? Isn't the WAKISIHMIZU machine deadly expensive and a very viable market?

Why you dont sell it to indonesia..
Maybe he can.
We can sell to every country.. just send me a message so we can work it out 😊
Im Sure they are a good product but the price of them is too much. All filters when it comes to ponds are overpriced.
Give Lee a call at Midlands Koi. You’d be pleasantly surprised. Happy new year 😊👊🏽🙌🏽
