AWESOME! Tina you show a great way for two tone background "type" ! It is a DIY process!! Also- I learned to tear "towards" me- Before- I gave up "tearing" due to unhappy results. I LOVE this collage style- its almost like decoupage..Cannot wait to try this with new AC catalog items. TY for all the Great great tips & ideas. xxx

The cards are just lovely, Tina! The flowers look like they have been watercolored. When I first saw the card at the beginning, I thought that's what you did. What a nice surprise that it was just the blending brushes. I think I may have to have the flowers bundle now. I already own the calendar. Thanks again for sharing with us.

Really, really nice. I find all your cards inspirational.
Very pretty. I used the same DSP and colors and came up with a very different card. I never even considered the little pieces as flower centers. I did sponge 1/2 sheet of Basic White in an ombré type layers to color and cut a lot of flowers.

Hey, dear Tina! Usually, I'm not really into mixed media, but yours are GORGEOUS! Perhaps because you used one stamp set? So about swaps.You said you made 21; was that for your team? In our team, every month another member picks a design and makes sure that all participants make one card for one other member, which remain secret until the cards are received and pictures are posted. In April we used a fun fold designed by you! So how do you guys do swaps? We've moved our hardier annuals outside. Our anniversary is on May 20 and we know that the risk of frost is next to nothing after that date. We kept the sensitive ones inside, because of all the rain, strong winds and low temps (mid 50ies max). My mom wanted her tomatoes out, but I begged her to wait. All of May was more like March (sob)!

I love collage, vintage, flowers. Thank you. Do you wash your blending brushes. I have and dry them bristle down. I worked in a medical makeup office where they washed their brushes and dried them this way. Keep inspiring us!
