The relish will add a beautiful pop of colour to meals too as well as looking beautiful on the shelf. I got given a bag of cucumber last week too. This time I'm going to grate some to freeze , then when I defrost them ,I'll drain well and add them to yoghurt and flavour for tzatziki dip. Yummy. Thank you for sharing lovelies ❤❤
