Good scenery. The cattle was great! When I go on those kinds of rides, I carry 2 (1 gal.) Rotopax of fuel (in addition to my 5.3 gal. tank), a (1 gal.) Rotopax full of water, and a (3 gal.) Camelbak full of water. Sometimes I put a couple of bottles of water in a tank saddle bag, if I'm carrying it, but I don't always take a tank saddle bag. Gots to have those fluids. FYI: In Kentucky, I carry a little sumpin sumpin for those crawlers too. 🐍 Gotta carry self defense. A scabbard with a Mossberg Shockwave secures well on the inside of the left pannier rack by the tool case. A hand size banger fits in that tank bag too.😉 Great ride footage! 👍
Nice ride, getting turned around is easier than one would imagain even with a GPS. There are a lot of Bob's out on the trails that sure add to the enjoyment of discovering not only new places, but new people.
Very thoughtful of you to include your appreciation of Bob's help and nice to hear what inspired him to pursue Jeep-ing. Do you know where on the trail you were when you stopped to enjoy the tall pines at about 6:30 in your video? Would be helpful to see your map tracks.
Bob was a huge help that day. It was a pleasure to meet him. As reference to the pines. All i know is its between Sunset crator and closer to Grand canyon. Thanks for watching and your comment.
Out of water in the desert? Dude you entered the danger zone. Great video man 4x4 or motorcycle for backcountry adventure which do you think is better?
Thanks WCR.. yeah no water in the middle of no where. Is a bad place to be. For me.. at this stage in my life. I will always pick 2 wheels over 4. But if you had more time, and wanted to travel with someone. I think a Jeep would be great for the AZBDR. Time for a lift kit on the dually 😀👍
This was absolutely beautiful! Love the Adventure you are on. 👌🏍️

Nice video thanks.
Glad you liked it.
I can't get over how beautiful it is and how much it changes as you ride.
I was surprised how much the terrain varied as well.

That cogent stuff works great.
The search for Bob goes on..😂
There was mention of Bob and Albuquerque, so I'm guessin that's where he lives? Fairly big town but I'll keep an eye out for him.....LOL

@@ZSharkPH You're welcome! I was thinking further north like Flagstaff area. Beautiful. Keep moving!
The snake at the five minute mark looks to be a bull snake. They act like a rattle snake but are non venomous. They actually eat rattle snakes.
Thanks for your comment and insight.
