Glad you like the idea Tim. Let me know if there are any other tunes you'd like me to cover in this series and as always, thank you for your ongoing support!
Strap in, folks, because diving deep into 'Donna Lee' with this course, which is like finding the secret jazz DNA hidden in Charlie Parker’s sax case. Miss this, and you’ll be left wondering why your bass is crying in the over there in the corner, jealous of all the fun we’re all having!
Joe, I've been playing for 2 and 1/2 years, currently working through your "Functional Harmonic Concepts" and "Chord Tone Mastery" books and it's going great. I'm just getting into melodic and harmonic minor and I'm glad to get away from major/minor harmony, it started being a bit stereotypical. With that said, do you think it's too early for me to get this course? I think it's above my understanding technically and theoretically... Thank you. Oh, I also have "Fingers of Fury", all three books are worth their weight in gold.
As long as you are not a complete beginner, this course will be suitable for you. You'll also get Lifetime access so you can take your time going through the different concepts. Hope this helps and thanks for your support!
Great idea for a lesson series. Looking forward to taking the information I've been learning from you over the past few years to the next level.

I watched this video and NOW I can play donna lee in 7/8, 13/11 and up to 200bpm!
Haha, that's fantastic. Now that you've got that down, let's here what you've got in 4/4 ;-)
