How can you tell she went against. Simply withdrawing without hearing her reasoning for is unfair and biased. She’s not here to explain herself. She might have had no other option but to withdraw of certain treatments for financial reasons.
Very different situation but I had surgery recently and my insurance, which is very cheap unfortunately, is no longer approving physical therapy appointments. I cannot afford to pay out of pocket. So my medical record currently states I was discharged from physical therapy because I no longer need it. It’s not true. If you ask me and come check my arm I have about 50% function. I can’t do my day to day activities properly, I still have pain and discomfort. But if you look at the letters from my medical record you wouldn’t think. Or you might ask, well why didn’t you fight to keep going to physical therapy. I am fighting but I’m honestly at the mercy of very cheap insurance company since I cannot afford to go out of my own money. And honestly the only way you would get the full picture would be by talking with me. If I was dead you would think I didn’t need physical therapy, made a good recovery and that’s the end of it.

So his birth mother was a drug addict. His MOTHER the lady who adopted him and his brother was not. As of April, Florida has eliminated permanent solitary confinement for death row inmates. Death row inmates can now spend 20 hrs/wk in a day room socializing and watching television, have access to multimedia kiosks, more access to showers, more phone calls to family and six hours weekly of being outdoors. The changes were made as a result of a lawsuit brought by eight inmates claiming inhumane treatment.
