Here in Ca the clients normally dictate what they want the guards or officers to wear. Most of the conservative companies will have you wear as much non tactical gear as you can because they want the workers and guests not to be intimidated, just depends on the client.

FOID, CCL but they say that I need to do a requalification before they can submit my application for the FCC card. I'm willing and ready but they keep telling me that they are going to schedule it but they never do! They are really pissing me off cause I have all the credentials and took the job because it was an armed site and now they are holding me up!

If you do a black tie, gotta be a clip on tie, seen folks get choked out easier with they own tie, least a clip on has a higher chance of coming off

Do u carry outside your job and also where u from?
Yes I carry outside of work. That’s why it’s important to have a CCL while working this profession. I’m from Chicago.
