- Liam Payne’s toxicology report has been released to the public, indicating the late singer had consumed multiple different narcotics and would have been in a “chaotic and delirious” state, according to Dr Raj Persaud.

That's the point. He didn't fall head first. Literally none of his front body, face, top of his head was damaged visibly. Only the back of his head was visibly damaged. Which is a blessing for his family as Liam does still look like Liam.

It seems he was in a chaotic state of mind but I still believe if he wanted to kill himself he would have taken an overdose and finish it but since he took diazepam it means he was trying to balance himself out but something went wrong that he lost consciousness and fell from the balcony to his death . So sad and heartbreaking. RIP 💔

I remember watching an One Direction interview years ago and they were being asked about some of their favorite foods since coming to America and Liam mentioned how amazing Mozzarella Sticks were and how he’s never had those in the UK. It made me laugh those years ago and still makes me smile now. RIP Payno!

Docter, I've got a question; What makes people walk away from someone that faints and has convultions in a hotellobby? Is it shame? Is it fear? Is it socially wanted behaviour that forces them to stay seemingly happy, while trying to get rid of the person thats disturbing that scenery, so socially wanted behaviour is norm again? Is this a concequens of individualism and the so strongly appreciated shining outside the society is living in now a days?

Having fame and money does not make mental health problems any less. So many unsympathetic people the last few days saying “ He had everything” I bet he would swap all that money and fame to wake up happy everyday. Absolutely heartbreaking 💔 rest in peace Liam .

Generally victims of abuse are very fearful and once they are able to leave want to keep as much distance from the abuser as possible, so it does seem strange.

there is all this patient doctor confidentiality - why are we getting these reports?
The toxicology report was released to the public, to explain his physical state. He isn't really a patient is he? I am sure his family would have been asked if they object, but maybe wanted people to know that Liam was under in influence of drugs.
