No FEI. Not enjoining how you continuously try to wrap these kind of performances in pretty or action packed words, to keep the unknowing public blind to the stress this horse is showing.
I think this horse knows beat and rhythm and adjusts itself to the music. A lot of animals can do that but this performance is the best I ever saw in my 60 years of watching horses.
just beautiful 🤩 ❤❤ so beautifully done, the horse danced to the music! i love seeing that. no tail twitching, he looked confident & relaxed, he appears cared for to me. so many people think all of them are abused, or partly abused. if they appear tgis confident, not in pain, relaxed … that doesn’t appear like the horse is abused. i certainly hope he’s not 😢
I'm Obsessed I think I have watched the championship video with Glamordale and Lottie Fry. It was amazing! How lucky she is being able to ride Glamordale. He is amazing never missing a step. Every time I watch the video every day. I can see the respect between them. She shows true talent like a proud parent. I wish that they would make more videos I can watch. Please more, more! Awesome.
Bravo! Loved "Another one bites the Dust." Brings back memories of my childhood when our instructor had our vaulting team do an exhibition during a schooling show with a routine featuring that song. We were all cracking up about the use of that song for an equestrian performance. So appropriate for a vaulting routine when "biting the dust" is a common occurrence! 😂
Cried the whole way through. My daughter was a phenomenal rider and was just entering the world of eventing after having been doing and excelling in jumpers and dressage. First time I watched her bolt from the starting line and come flying out of openings of the woods, flying across the landscape was one of the most amazing moments of my life. There was just no fear and sheer trust in her horse, Grace’s Spirit. His barn name was Spirit (or quite complexly Spirit lol) and he most definitely had that. He was always the one I’d find standing outside my kitchen window like, “What’s for breakfast ?” Or leading his mate around the property exploring. Grace took her own life in May of 2012 after struggling with her own thoughts throughout her life. It’s not lost on me that somehow Grace ended up with a horse named Spirit…Grace’s Spirit ♥️ Congrats to this young woman (2 years late I know but lol) and her amazing partner.
beautiful horse, not a fan of how behind the vertical he can get or his ouchy mouth tho. does it too often to feel like he's performing comfortably, even if he's performing beautifully
enjoyed last night so so so much!! When they were doing the lap of honour Gareth Hughes came 2nd and I was in row B and he rode over to me and handed the Rosette to me and invited me and my sister to their yard
You guys have not seen the full vid, with the extended trot, there is a flick of the hoof, which most likely means they forced the bit, and the extended trot should not have a flick of the hoof, that is not normal, not hate but awareness
2:48 ''You can just tell that this horse ab-so-lutely LOVES his job'' 😂😂😂 Meanwhile Glamourdale: *grasping for air while being jabbed in the ribs for no reason*
It means the horse is concentrating and listening. It's not a bad thing. I love it when my horse has a foam around his mouth and is licking his lips, it means he's paying attention, concentrating. It's so important for dressage, the horse has to really listen to the rider and respond on a dime. The overbent head is not so good tho, smacks of Rolkur. Beautiful horse and beautiful rider, but the head and neck look extremely uncomfortable. That is unfortunate.
That is part of how they move, pulling the reins a little bit bit while squeezing to get then to move will get to them to move on that manner depending on how its trained in dressage.
Actually, frothing is a good sign, also called happy froth. They are comfortable with their bit, and most of all, many of them love to perform, if they are trained lovingly and calmly. Please read up on this!
Больше ценю изящество, благородство , скорость и верность в таком изумительном животном как лошадь. Но выпустите её на волю и она покажет как она от природы прекрасна.😊😊❤
What a disgrace. Horse was showing stress around mouth the entire test. Flapping lips, open mouth, excessive foam. Honestly i have never seen such obvious signals. Utter disgrace FEI to actually praise this!
Rokkar puts so many beautiful horses down long before their time 😢. No paddocking, caged almost 20 hours a day blanketed, no interaction with other horses. This training Edward Gal started Rokkar, puts horses off the vertical unable to see to swing their necks keeping their necks rolled back and tucked under, the extremely high lift of gait destroys tendons in the legs. Poor babies...THIS IS PURE ABUSE! 😢😢😢
