Definitely, i've played many matches that were as close to a link match as online could get, as long as your in the same state/province for NA you'll have a very smooth match
@TancerFang seraphic wing, raging demon(along with other super grabs) and kongou-kokuretsu-zan (although the purple mountain things can be parried) are the only supers in the game that cannot be parried

@boblimereal Really? A friend of mine who lives in Japan said that their internet was .. unstable. Like it turns off and on. It depends on the players but ya there is going to be lag. I'm not sure why but Japan, Mexico, and Brazil have the hardest fight connecting to the west (even though Mexico is west) and yet other countries not that much. I always thought it was because of their internet provider.

Their internet connection takes super long to get to the West which is weird because we're in the 21st century and we can't connect properly. There is also different companies. IF someone from shaw is trying to connect to someone who has a different connection, he will have more trouble then connecting to someone who has shaw.
