But I am not too excited about characters that "have other characters moves" That seems kind of ironic to say, considering you could say "Gouki is a shoto clone" ect ect. Except in cases like MK Shang Tsung, some SNK bosses, and, Seth, where in that case it's literally "I stole your soul/moves/technique" where as in the case of someone like Gouki, Ken, Sean, or other characters that appear like "clones" it's people studying a simliar style and developing their own personal takes on techniques and moves. I could be mistaken, but isn't Seth something like Vega's experiment of using World Warriors DNA and combat data to make the strongest fighter? I'm so out of the loop. I just got Third strike online today... I now, more than ever, appreciate the skills that these guys have. This is some seriously difficult and high level play.

the ps2 version is actually faster in terms of parrying input time, command input time and etc. This is the main reason why the developers for the online edition wanted to emulate the arcade version perfectly.

Why do they play first to 3 rounds?
in the arcade you typically only get one match so they put it on 3 rounds so you get your moneys worth
