- So glad I got to try out Ohuhu's newest Bleedproof paper because this stuff is 😘👌 Crazy, shouldn't be real. Now maybe I'm exaggerating but this paper really does seem unreal. I personally have never come across paper that doesn't have even the slightest bid of bleedthrough when it comes to using Alcohol Markers. Even the card stock I used bleeds. So yeah, imma say this is some good paper 👌

I believe the way this paper is made is it’s essentially a sandwich of paper, plastic and paper, so the plastic keeps it from bleeding through. But that also means it’s less absorbent hence why some inks sort of sit on top. Rendr was the first brand to make it I think, the Ohuhu paper could be made a bit different.

The diversity of illustrations is really interesting to watch and how you built up each piece in your different styles. You seemed so confident with how the ink went down on the paper, but I'm telling you, I was literally SWEATING!! 👀💦

I'm not really interested in markers because they bleed and I'm not really good when it comes to coloring cuz I have streaks. But watching your video and seeing how this paper doesn't bleed through has me wanting to get back into markers, plus I already bought the sketchbook its coming on Monday so let's hope it gets right. ❤

May I ask, what pencil u used for sketching? I think its Farber Castell, but it looks like it is so easy to erase :O I have a similar pink, but its basically uneraseble O.o Or perhaps is it the paper? :O
watching ur videos always inspires me to draw :D they regularly cure my art block haha and make me want to test out new techniques (like ur acrylic paint stuff, trying that out for my art school portfolio yippie!)

The only other marker pad I've found that doesn't bleed through at all is the Crescent Rendr sketchbook. Though I have heard that the quality of that paper is hit or miss.
Hopefully I'll get around to trying it one day 😁
