I'm 18 and soon moving out of my parents' house into med school dorms (shared rooms) and i can't imagine living with someone else as an introvert & extremely private person. But seeing your daily vlogs and hustle, I'm kinda looking forward to start living independent and manage my life away from my parents for the first time ever! Thank you!
I loved this Q and A!!! I have been subscribed to you for years and have loved following your journey from teenager to moving to London to study. I always wondered why you were called Macerly! As someone who also studies in London, I used to see you around Bloomsbury. I felt like I had spotted a celebrity when I saw you out and about!!! Would love to see a montage video of your 10 years on UA-cam and how you have changed and grown as a person and creator. x
It's really cool to see how much you have grown in the past years. You're such a good role model. I have been watching your videos for over 8 years now and I love how you are one of the few youtubers who was always true to herself despite their channel's growth. Keep going, you are doing great and we are proud of you! ❤❤
i came to subscribe to you from your small living space series but i loved getting to know you! i’m also the same age as you and that post grad season really is daunting but i’m glad that you’re pursuing what you are passionate about!
Your accent sounds super German! At least to my German ears, that's how my folks sound. I came here to find out where you're from and I'm suprised you're from Norway, but I guess it's not too far away haha
I'm 21 and I've been living away from my family for more than a year now. I like the independence but the worst part is I'm battling with several physical and mental health problems. Loneliness is definitely not helping me when I'm suffering from terrible pains. Hope I can get out from this situation
Good luck, I wish you all the best. I left home at 20 and loved the independence as well but found it very difficult away from my family. Stress causes physical pain and as you said loneliness does not help when you’re in pain .. so it’s a vicious circle! But hang in there and make the best decisions for your happiness
I first stumbled upon your channel 6 years ago, It's funny/cool how people can completely change. You were super in your face and had an American accent now you are seemingly more calm and it sounds like you have an English accent. Is it just the countries influence that shapes us?
@@macerly that makes perfect sense, it probably didn't register because you look virtually identical to when you were 16. When I was 16 i was constantly crashing my car and yelling my head off with my dog in my backyard.
@@korylp6219 funny enough, I know a native Lithuanian speaker who has lived in Ireland for 20+ years and her accent sounds absolutely nothing like this.

Love the Q&A and getting to know more about you and your life!😄
Macerly is low key a perfect username ;p
I first stumbled upon your channel 6 years ago,
It's funny/cool how people can completely change.
You were super in your face and had an American accent
now you are seemingly more calm and it sounds like you have an English accent.
Is it just the countries influence that shapes us?
Obviously, where you live influences you, but six years ago I was 16😅, so it's mostly that I've grown up and matured, among other things oc!!

I found you doing diy! Ever since then I was hooked.
Just found this channel, glad to have found it and you :)
I love youuuuu ❤❤❤
Love your content😍
i've been watching you since like 2017
I'm curious, how did you "shed off" the American accent? Was it on purpose or did it just happen gradually while living in London?
you definitely have a mix of American, North of Ireland and another European accent!
finally here
love from stavanger🫶🏻
You started UA-cam 10 years ago?! Awesome
Yess hehe💓
Hi macerly🥰
Why did you move from Norway to London?
She said the she always wanted to live abroad and London seem a great choice. Close to her home country if she want to visit family.
@ thanks for the reply :)
@@NICHTVONBEDEUTUNG1 your welcome and also she was just on Casual Magic Podcast with Jade another fellow You Tuber.
As a Californian your accent sounds 70% American and 30% ‘European’ to me 🤔
Because they are probably taught English by Americans
70% American??? Are you kidding?
As an Aussie who can tell an American from 100000m away, this accent sounds 80% Irish and 20% Baltic
There's no such things as a "European" accent? Europe is made up of loads of different countries with different languages
Im from Los Angeles and I hear a foreign accent. Not so much but it’s there.

I've been following you ever since you moved to London, but I still learned new things about you !💕
