Two ways I handle this. 1. Tell her too bad she's going to miss out on a fun time. This sends a message that her presence isn't required to have fun. You're simply extending the offer to do something fun with you. 2. Don't say anything. I hate ghosting but this is a grey area. If she's blatantly lying then she has no respect for you. I have a 1) question , and 2) a couple of interesting recent successes and fails to report: Success: So I figured out that all it takes for females to give me that "Im checking you out handsome" look these days, are 8 hours of sleep or more, which makes me more relaxed and cheerful, elevates my libido, im cycling a lot and full of energy and it keeps me lean, Im wearing my signature 4-5 days stubble. Dressing in clothes that make me look taller, and then going out in afternoon strolls or drives along the beach.. and getting tons of flirty looks there, especially when I give them a subtle smirk. One even followed me back from the opposite direction and was happy that I talked to her. -Since then I started giving my self a 10 sec rule to force my self to talk whenever I want to say something. - I figured out the more relaxed I am the better. - Things that are nuking my social anxiety are pretty much enough sleep, sufficient vitamins, practice talking, hemp protein, quitting coffee, and in some cases a little bit of vine or a tiny bit of vodka.. but only in the beginning. As well as starting contacts early at parties. So pretty much every day Im out there practicing. -Last night I had a mutual playful flirty joking laughing encounter with a very young self service scanner assistant/cashier lady at the mall.... Because she needed to inspect if Im old enough to buy drinks :P Fails: 4 out of 5 times I go out for a walk or out in a bar or in a party venue, I cant make my self to choose whom to talk to. Since, even when I find some within my age limit... They all seem like, from a way too different world I have nothing in common with. - Like, most of the bars here are generic without some particular theme, and attracting girls I dont sync with... So I went to a nearby fake rock bar, they had some event... It was nice but, that kind of soft rock there also attracts too uptight girls, and 90% are old people. But wasnt quite into her, so finally her and her (mom and aunt I think), came dancing right in front of me.. I felt pretty awkward... Anyways.... Tonight should be a very good night... Since Im going to a genuine rock/metal bar.. where I first started going when I tried to find my first best ex ever... There will be some super cool guys performing Metallica... Just like that first best night I had there this same time previous january, and met a cool lady there Im still talking to today...(and also a few days later my ex appeared back then).. so, the plan is to get a good spot, order some , find some buddies and try to have some fun. But putting yourself first is commonly known as a classic sign of narcissism and a red flag in many books. Two ways I handle this.
1. Tell her too bad she's going to miss out on a fun time. This sends a message that her presence isn't required to have fun. You're simply extending the offer to do something fun with you.
2. Don't say anything. I hate ghosting but this is a grey area. If she's blatantly lying then she has no respect for you. Stand firm and don't entertain that behavior. She'll re-calibrate and message later if she cares. Otherwise just move on.

So I figured out that all it takes for females to give me that "Im checking you out handsome" look these days, are 8 hours of sleep or more, which makes me more relaxed and cheerful, elevates my libido, im cycling a lot and full of energy and it keeps me lean, Im wearing my signature 4-5 days stubble. Dressing in clothes that make me look taller, and then going out in afternoon strolls or drives along the beach.. and getting tons of flirty looks there, especially when I give them a subtle smirk. One even followed me back from the opposite direction and was happy that I talked to her. -Since then I started giving my self a 10 sec rule to force my self to talk whenever I want to say something. - I figured out the more relaxed I am the better. - Things that are nuking my social anxiety are pretty much enough sleep, sufficient vitamins, practice talking, hemp protein, quitting coffee, and in some cases a little bit of vine or a tiny bit of vodka.. but only in the beginning. As well as starting contacts early at parties.
So pretty much every day Im out there practicing. -Last night I had a mutual playful flirty joking laughing encounter with a very young self service scanner assistant/cashier lady at the mall.... Because she needed to inspect if Im old enough to buy drinks :P

4 out of 5 times I go out for a walk or out in a bar or in a party venue, I cant make my self to choose whom to talk to. Since, even when I find some within my age limit... They all seem like, from a way too different world I have nothing in common with. - Like, most of the bars here are generic without some particular theme, and attracting girls I dont sync with... So I went to a nearby fake rock bar, they had some event... It was nice but, that kind of soft rock there also attracts too uptight girls, and 90% are old people. Like, coworkers, elderly, or even a few young ladies, together with moms, dads, grandmas.... Its impossible to approach them like that. So I ended up drinking vine with some funny 95 yo grandma instead.
- Then I used all of my learned body language and other tricks (from this channel and a few others)... and gave signals to one uptight hot blonde with glasses from across the room... But wasnt quite into her, so finally her and her (mom and aunt I think), came dancing right in front of me.. I felt pretty awkward...
Anyways.... Tonight should be a very good night... Since Im going to a genuine rock/metal bar.. where I first started going when I tried to find my first best ex ever... There will be some super cool guys performing Metallica... Just like that first best night I had there this same time previous january, and met a cool lady there Im still talking to today...(and also a few days later my ex appeared back then).. so, the plan is to get a good spot, order some , find some buddies and try to have some fun.

Well, I always thought I would be bragging if I talked about amazing stuff I did in life. I avoided it at all costs and always tried to have women just see how amazing i am. But what I thought would be bragging turned out to be super effective and just very strong DHVs. Its just how you do it. If you constantly need to one up someone, well thats annoying and bragging.
