Now why this is important is because in Megaman 8 the sega saturn version of the game, there are 2 hidden stages where you fight Cutman and Woodman. Its an intersting nod towards a future payoff, especially when you see how surprised megaman is to see those two still alive in MM8. My guess is wily released them as wild cards to sew chaos.

The sound that plays when you select a Robot Master in this game is one of the most satisfying sounds I've heard. I love it. The hack seems fun, but I think the writing and sprites could use some work. Dude did a good job, though.

Very cool! I'd much rather this than the Mega Man & Bass SNES reproduction cart I got of the GBA version. This Bass was my favourite MM sprite of all time! That's the one minor thing I'd complain about this though, I wish it was the exact sprite from MM7, but the shear awesomeness of this hack far outweighs my petty complaint.
You shoulda gotta a repro of the SFC version with a translation patch, the GBA version suffers from hella screen crunch and that'll carry over with the repro
