    A small amount of vegetable oil can be poured into a Diesel engine tank. It does have some uses.

    I got pancreatitis at age 19 and doctors yanked my gallbladder out. Nobody talked to me about supplementing with Bile salts. I became an efficient fat storing machine over the next 4 decades. And, was pre-diabetic for years. Got up to 360 during the first year of the pandemic. Then, in Jan 2021, my husband and I went Keto. I lost 90 pounds the first year. But, the carb creep happened in the 2nd year and I gained back 30. Went up and down trying to lose that 30 pounds. I'm 63 and post menopausal. The arthritis pain in my knees has improved dramatically as I've stopped eating inflammatory foods and industrial seed oils. Even though I'm eating the right foods and only eating 1 meal a day, the needle on the scale just won't move. The only thing that works is extended fasting of 3-5 days at a time. I still have over 100 pounds to lose and it's a lot of skin now. I'm contemplating doing a 30 or 40-day fast. The 1st day is always the hardest, but then hunger goes away. Wish me luck. Here's a parody song I recorded telling the food industry exactly what I think of them. ua-cam.com/video/ULcgbZti_P4/v-deo.html

      Hi @Sandy Russel , when someone hits a stall, there is almost always a reason. In most cases, there are digestive or detoxing malfunctions. Your best bet would be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
      and I absolutely recommend watching our video on extended fasting here: ua-cam.com/video/m1jc3OoZxN4/v-deo.html

      @Kick It Naturally Wow!! Well, that video explained precisely why I got gallstones when I was 19. I was taking Dexatrim 12 hour extra strength diet capsules and not eating. I began losing weight and having gallbladder attacks. Soon, the gallstones blocked my pancreatic duct, and I developed pancreatitis landing me in the hospital. Just discovered your videos recently and have watched about a dozen of them. Best job of explaining digestive dysregulation concerning Bile and the gallbladder on UA-cam!!!!

    I've been using 2-4 grams of ascorbic acid for 5 yrs, my urine ph is 5.5 or lower most of the day, am I pushing myself insulin resistant? It was the one thing that helped my anxiety, but I've gained about 20 lbs since, I was always very thin. Can the urine ph be artificially lowered by acids we take? I took less this morning and my urine ph went up to 6.5 for the first time in weeks. I'm thinking it was artificially low.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  2 роки тому +2

      Well, sort of. But if you can take that much ascorbic acid and not create a loose stool, you were likely very anabolic and that was probably causing your anxiety. You can learn more about that here: ua-cam.com/video/UokNi-R9iLk/v-deo.html
      Allowing your urine pH to come up may improve insulin sensitivity but it could allow you to move more anabolic again. After you go through our free course and get a better idea of where all your chemistry is, you should be able to figure out other methods to keep things balanced without using such a large dose of ascorbic acid to make that happen.

      @@KickItNaturally yeah my bowel tolerance is 13 grams. The first time I ever took it, it took 27 grams to flush. I was part of a vitamin C orthomolecular group advising people to do this, but now I understand why so many were getting helped by it... they all likely had low stomach acid lol. All the ones I know of who love ascorbic acid had a bowel tolerance of over 4 grams. Thanks!!

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  2 роки тому +3

      Lol. If I took 13 grams of ascorbic acid I would get off the toilet some time in March. :)
      Yeah, so low stomach acid is often likely in those cases, but so is an anabolic imbalance.

    That is me. I just got reclassified as a brittle type 1. Eating small soupy meals in a window. Hungry all the time. Good thing I am already ketovore with no sugar, less than 12 healthy carbs a day(mostly spices in my soups). It still is not working. Even fat raises my blood sugar. Something is amiss. Still trying to put my finger on it.

    I've been pre-diabetic for a few years. I job and now I've added fasting to my schedule. My middle won't shrink despite all of my exercise. Years ago, exercising kept my numbers in check. I'm 6 pounds heavier and I'm tired of the worry.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  2 роки тому +3

      Yeah, I actually see this a lot. Exercise is not the fix-all that many people believe. It's much more about what you're eating and your body chemistry. If you read my book, Kick Your Fat in the Nuts, I guarantee you will discover a wide variety of mistakes you're making or malfunctions in your body that will turn everything around once you correct those. You can get the book totally for free here: kickitnaturally.com/free/
