    Water
    Oil

    1/4 cup Moong Dal (Petite Yellow Lentils)
    1/4 cup Tur Dal (Split Pigeon Peas)
    1/4 Cup Ural Dal (De-Husked Black Gram)
    1/4 cup Chana Dal (Yellow Split Beans)
    1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
    2 cups Water
    Salt, to taste

    i am definitely going to try it as i am making a transition from vegetarian to veganism.. very interesting.
    Dosa was never my fav growing up even is my late mum made delicious ones and her own variations ..( iyer food)pure vegetarian
    I always preferred IDLI as there was no oil ghee and the simple fact it was steamed ...lol healthy freak since a young age. :)
