All people with a California state drivers license have the privilege to drive safely on California streets. The laws and rules were written by very smart people to protect all of us from hurt and injuring each-other. The pubic street is not a place for a car show. In the small town I live in we have car shows too and low riders are welcome. They block off the streets and everyone celebrates in a safe place. It keeps the families and children of these low riders safe too.
Next time you get robbed or mugged in the street , make sure you call your local cholo to help you instead of the police …Worry about things that truly matter in this world !!
