Samsung 75" TV....No picture....Can it be fixed??

Once in awhile we perform extended warranty TV service calls. Recently we had a call on a Samsung 75" in which the customer stated "the picture went out while playing Xbox". TV symptom was picture comes on then turns back off, let's see the result.
