You should hollow out the top part of the loaf, take some of the bread out, that way it fits better and you don't have as much bread.

Also, you should wrap it with saran wrap tightly, throw it in the fridge for like 20 minutes, it'll hold it together

Quang , FR I agree what you say , I used to have toxic co-workers (yeah I resigned) , you expected whole team of people only have 1-3 person are toxic , well if you been what I been through , is only 6 out of 22 aren't toxic person (include me) , and that why I resigned there's just too much of negative and immature people in a group for a jobs (hotel F&B waiter) that need teamwork

I was a cook and when it gets busy you move your ass you can cry while you work but keep moving!!!!! We had lines out the door for Saturday and Sunday breakfast you just put your head down and cook. You are amazing Quang I just want you to know that. God bless you and your family. Vietnamese food is one of my favorites but I'd like to see you cook Portuguese feast!!!!!

I like mayo its not that bad its probably a certain brand of mayo you dont like its supposed to go on a sandwiches or in recipes your not supposed to eat it by itself its too salty

You can tear out some of the middle of the bread to eliminate some carb and make it easier to hold everything. I would add some bread butter pickles too. Looks amazing!
