This is not about searches of public information. It is about a FISA search on databases that are held by the NSA which contains data on cell phone calls, text messages, e-mail headers, bank and credit card transactions of regular Americans. The government has gotten around the 4th Amendment, and spies on regular Americans. This is unconstitutional.
