Massie and Kentucky only care about the budget when the money is not coming to them. I love Kentucky, but it takes far more money from the federal budget than it pays in. And yet its congress people tend to be the biggest naysayers in how the real money coming from states that generate most all of the money, is spent. If every state was a Kentucky, the US would be a third world country.
