This is a message from a multistan..... the same happened with another (group's) concert I was hoping to see.... SCALPERS bought a bunch of tickets.... and when I checked the resales, the prices were RIDICULOUS!!! Since they (the scalpers) decided to go for blood (like the evil vampires they are), I decided to wear a garlic wreath!!! So I'm going to tell you the same thing I told my fellow _____...... "The scalpers DON'T ACTUALLY WANT to go to the show!!! They are playing on people's desperation for tickets!!! DO NOT give them what they want ($$$$)!!!!! The closer it gets to the concert and that ticket remains unsold (because of their greed), the more they may start to worry about even getting their money back. It has now become a game of "Chicken"!!! So MAKE THEM WAIT AND MAKE THEM SWEAT!!! Stay STRONG and STUBBORN Army!!! Those prices WILL go down the closer it gets to the concert date, so there is a glimmer of hope.... and the worst case scenario, you won't go to the concert.... BUT you WILL have the satisfaction of KNOWING that scalper didn't make ANY $$$$ AND wasted their time and $$$$!!! So please Armys, please, STAY STRONG AND STAY STUBBORN!!!! ✊✊✊✊ You can do this!!! ✊⚔🛡😁 I wish you all the BEST of luck to see this concert!!! 😁😁😁😁😁💜
Jose, my kids and I are trying for LA, but decided if we don't get them, more money towards BTS World Tour! We're ok with that! As much as I love Hobi, and totally support him, OT7 is more important to me, since I've never seen them. Keep your chin up, 2026 World Tour coming soon!
Don't give up I also had a crazy error and couldn't get tickets first time. A friend blessed me with buying extra tickets they had and there will be army resale groups. Please don't give up!
I feel you! I was 645 in queue. They kept rejecting my membership number. 45 minutes of trying and the few tickets left kept selling out before I could pay. So sad. Happy I saw him at Hobipalooza, but I know this tour is going to be fire! Hoping for a live stream concert💜💜💜 Can’t imagine what 2026 is going to be like😫

Totally *sucks* Jose and me and a million+ other fans are feeling the Ticketmaster *BURN* !!! The only thing I can suggest, is that you clear out your browser cookies, cache, browsing history etc. (does mean you will have re enter everything manually but worth a shot) Hopefully that will also clear you out of the queue null status! I had the craziest experience. First, the app would not let me into que. It kept saying..... due to inactivity.... Finally, I used my work computer, got logged in, got into the que, and when the sale started, I was number 601! I got into the sale after about 6 minutes, but then, my membership number would not work. I randomly clicked on the seating section, and for whatever reason, the seats started to show without the code, but all of the upper level seats were blocked for some reason! Just as I was about to give up, I saw these circles with yellow stars, and I clicked one. It was a seat. I swear at that point I just clicked to buy. I literally had no idea of what seat it was or where. Then, success, section 20, right by the stage VIP 🤦🏾♀️. It cost more than I wanted to spend but I got it.😢
I think people need to remember what the guys want instead of themselves, I'm sure he is fully aware after Suga's tour he could've done stadium. I don't think people realize the planning and logistics involved with a stadium tour compared to an arena, how many stage crew is needed and scheduling in advance. I don't think it has anything do with J-Hope's confidence and everything to do with what he chose for himself given the planning. Maybe he doesn't want to do one without his members, I'm kinda getting tired of people complaining of what J-Hope should be doing.

Of course there were other performers but, JHope was the reason that it was really sold out on the most impopular evening to perform on this festival. The organization even thanked JHope & ARMY for this new milestone.

I'm so sorry Jose. I also tried to buy tickets for the Chicago shows, but they put me all the way to 18,900+ line, I knew then that it wasn't going happen, THOUGH I still had hope. Unfortunately, by my turn, all the tickets were gone, except for one that are in the $700+ range which is too much for me. Sorry Hobi. I am still proud that he is doing his tour. I WILL, however, start to save for when BTS as a group do their world tour and see them live again that way instead.
I was in line ahead of you-my tickets were sold out from under Me-I had tickets way up in nose-(they were the first ones that popped up so I swooped on them) Someone else got them and when I went back in, I was number 69,000 and something ! Needless to say, I didn’t get tickets either ! But I still say something is fishy!
The site spazzed on me and then froze as I was choosing my ticket for Chicago. I had to go get another device, and then by the time I got back in, they were sold out. I'm going to try for LA. Also, I'm going to see if I can find a decent priced ticket resell for Chicago. I only need one ticket.
This tour sounds amazing it really dose but even with both chicago dates falling on spring break for us. We can't go, gotta save up for the kiddos senior year of high school and making sure she can afford to have an amazing year next year has to come first. I look forward to if they host a convert live in theaters like they did for Suga's tour. (I missed out on the ticket frenzy on that one too) so save up extra for 2026/2027 if a world tour goes down is now the plan! Lol lets make some lemonade!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I tried the second day show immediately.. i didn’t bother to try on the first day show… got 200 in front of me.. i set reminder so i was logged in 15 mins prior .. got in first 200 infront me for Brooklyn show… i already saved prepayment so managed got my tickets 5 mins tops….
Tickets were actually outrageous and 100k+ waited for Brooklyn. 40k+ for Chicago, and around 60k+ for TX. Hopefully and I pray they add more dates. The membership code was not working for so many ppl. I ended up not getting any tickets. We feel ur pain

I honestly hate people mass buying tickets on TM and reselling them on stubhub for ridiculous prices…. Coz they know armys will try…. I jated these kind of scammers
@@crystalsnow1138Ticketmaster has a resale option that should be good to use. I used StubHub for my Suga tickets because I was brand new to BTS and couldn’t get them during the regular sale. I paid less than others were reporting with the dynamic pricing issue that was going on. I don’t know if they were legit or from scalpers, but I had no problem using them.
i was in the same boat. around 7009 for day 1 chicago and 45k for day 2 chicago lol. but the queue for day 1 moved painfully slow and i didn’t even get in to buy tickets until 20 minutes after the sale started, so you can imagine that at that point there were barely ANY seats left and of what was left, they sold out in like seconds anyways and were outrageously priced platinum tickets. as for day 2, i definitely gave up on that since i didn’t think i was getting through at all. im really hoping there’s some tickets they kept back for general sale tomorrow, but i highly doubt it. i’m really disappointed about the outcome, i would love to see him on tour. but i keep telling myself that I at least got to see hobi at lollapalooza! might try for resale on stubhub or vividseats if i get desperate enough or just wait until closer to the concert to see if they release any extra tickets (i remember they did that for yoongi.) or maybe just watch the livestream for the seoul concert lol. oh well, maybe this is just a sign to wait for the ot7 comeback tour next year instead!

I started with both tabs up for both days. One queue had over 8,000 people in front of me. The other close to that amount. Kept going back and forth between tabs. One line was moving faster. When I finally got in to buy, I literally watched everything disappear. I got discouraged and emotional, but stayed inside although I kinda gave up. I stayed for a while, then seats started popping up. And I would click and the price was too high. Click again, same thing. Waited longer, more seats popped up. Saw 214 (which is balcony and I wanted balcony). Clicked...it went to my shopping cart, and I got it. It was extremely stressful. Even much more than D-Day. I am grateful to have gotten a ticket. I was aiming for 3 to help other ARMYs out (because of resellers) but it was tough.

I was one of the first 4k for the 31st and when it was my turn I was kicked out. I am so 😡. I was so excited, I have never been so close to the front of the line.
I was able to get OAK tix in a surprisingly short time. I just kept breathing and kept clicking seats at the 100 level until it went all the way through to purchase. I've had it much worse since trying for tix at their first concert in 2018. Almost every time they sold out in seconds and ended up going to StubHub or had help with friends and who succeeded in getting the group all tix. We all knew it was like the Hunger Games. It's just that this time the odds were actually in my favor and I got them at a decent price of $448. I've had to pay over $600 sometimes but I realize that that even $450 is still a lot of money for most people. I hope you do get tix too. If not for this concert then for the reunion concert in 2026.
Same, I was going for Oakland and it refused my code. I’m disappointed that I paid to get a membership in order to have presale access just to not have my code accepted. Although either way I didn’t have a winning chance because I had 60,000 in front of me.
I didn’t have any luck with Brooklyn dates. When I logged in, there were 49,409 in front of me. After an hour, I was in, but every time I tried to get tickets, it said, “The tickets you selected are not available.” I’m trying for Oakland now. Towards the end of the hour, the numbers started going and suddenly I was in. I was only looking for 1 ticket.
I got a ticket in Oakland!!! I went online 2-1/2 hrs ahead of time to see the countdown to sales time. That helped get me with only 4000 in front of me. It only took 15 min once sales opened. Whew! Stressful!!
Something really needs to be done about the ticket buying process. Other countries don’t allow resale of tickets and some have a lottery process to allow fair pricing and fair opportunity. I hate that we are just obsessed with money here. And no hate to any artist at all, but if you know you’re gonna sell out tickets, then just book the bigger venues. Like I know that you have to be cautious, but the bigger ones gotta know!
Sorry, in my country The Netherlands they also do resale. Eventhough they have for sone musicians you can only buy up to 3 tickets per person per ip addres. Since I'm 64 and my sons are 35 & 26 they havd thdir own home.
The stars literally aligned for my wife and I to SUGA, by all accounts it should have been impossible. We somehow on that day actually had money and contact with a few ARMYS where it worked out. We have pretty much decided that aren't going to try for the others. Especially needing ADA and the hell that was VIP. The ticket situation just gets worse every time. With the dynamic pricing, the scalpers, the bait and switch codes, and then also somehow still poor venue communication it feels unsafe. I love these men but I do also love myself and my wife, and life be hard enough already. For ARMYS that do go (and @Jose I hope you are one of them) please don't let anything ruin the experience. Remember that the people around you that day are also ARMY, try to stay positive, aware, and safe. Look out for each other, especially our ADA peeps 💜
I’m an Aussie ARMY with constant pain from a car accident many years ago. Mobility is difficult , so I feel your struggle. I’m really hoping that the BTS world tour next year comes to Oz. I know the chances of getting tickets here is very low, so I figure I’ll try to get one and if successful, THEN I’ll sorry about all the logistical and disability issues! (And hope my doctor will be generous with pain meds 😂) . Suga is my bias, and I’m sooooo envious you both went! Happy you made it work and have such great memory of it. For those asking for more cities for BTS to perform, remember they are not robots. World tours are taxing to them and their bodies. Yes, they may be young but I don’t think they can sustain that constant pressure and travel on their bodies. Save your money and go to the cities where they are performing. Support the city by booking hotels and car rental or Uber/Lyft.
@ or whatever the letters are in your army membership. Mine are ba followed by 9 numbers, when Ticketmaster said put in your army member 9 digit number,it didn’t go through til I added the letters. Just saying because I got my tickets!
Omg i would die if i was u, the sale for hobi was for my first ever concert and it was CRAZY😭 I GOT MINE, but i was so stressed bc it was my first ticket buying experience but I got mine for San Antonio day 1! (March 26th!!), i thought I was the only one experiencing the seat pop ups, I got so scared cuz I thought the whole venue sold out 😭🙏, I was hoping to see you but hopefully when BTS tours you'll get tickets! I really want to go to the SA one since I’m in Houston, but I will be in Japan on those dates 😢. But I feel you, I had palpitations the whole time I was trying to get tickets in their PTD La and LV. Which luckily I got tickets on both. Can’t imagine the comeback concerts, which I really plan to go to anywhere.
Jose, look at this as a positive. At least you found out about this now. Imagine if you had this problem for the reunion tour! You have a year to fight with Ticketmaster to get to the bottom of it, and fix it.
My friend and I were attempting to buy for the Chicago stops. I got through the queue pretty quickly but when I would attempt to select a seat it kept telling me my Army Membership code was invalid. I entered it with the letters and it still kept telling me it was invalid. I did signup and was verified on Weverse. We are not sure what was happening. Luckily my friend got through and we are going the other night. Good luck everyone.

@@mitzkt1679I had the same problem with the Chicago sale. Tried 3 times to enter my number before it worked. Had to enter it a another time to get the tickets so something about it kept glitching. Wasn’t allowing me to buy more than 2 and it took a lot of attempts because tickets would sell before I could click buy. Happy to get 2 at least for one of the nights.

I'm so sorry. I ended up getting one (lucky) right before they probably sold out. I was trying for 2 but the one's left were the expensive ones and I can't afford $1000 for tickets. The one I did get though was "Official Platinum" which just means I paid MORE for a normal ticket because Ticketmaster deems that the ticket was in "high demand" and I don't get anything extra with that. Grateful I get to go but...I'm conflicted lol.
I was 9079 in que. My turn came and they were sold out right before my eyes. I couldn't click fast enough. The one I clicked was handicap seat. They sold out in 30 minutes for San Antonio. I was in waiting room 30 minutes early.
I’m so sorry that happened! My daughter was trying for tickets to Brooklyn & before her number came up tickets were already on sale on the resale sites! She then waited simultaneously for Chicago or San Antonio eventually was able to get 3 tickets for San Antonio! I was hoping I’d be able to meet you because I was sure you would be there. I live just north of San Antonio and was so excited to get tickets to see Hobi and I wound up with nothing. What a disappointment! Hobi is one of my biases and was ready to see him. I feel your pain!
I got in at 3:00. There was 2,000 people ahead of me. It took about 20 mins.for 2 tickets. Sec 108 @The Frost center. Last time I got my tickets for Suga from Fandango.
Although, the U.S. government is trying to regulate TICKETMASTERS it's not happening fast enough. By same token when HYBE gets it's chance to stick it's fingers in the kettle, they are going to screw us on the Live Streaming of concerts. HYBE has not desisted from finding new ways to trick the younger ARMY into buying and/or obtaining membership for tiny details and later offer more privileges by buying yet even other memberships. This is crazy. I know BTS has never approved of this.
Since I have given up all hope of ever seeing BTS live because of the exorbitant prices (I have adult lady responsibilities) and reservation frustrations, I am reserving my ticket for the 2050 reunion tour now. I'll be 72 years old by that point and hopefully the hype will have died down slightly by then. 😄
I'm so sorry Jose, I was already sad cuz I didn't get any tickets either when I got in they were already all gone. Also I wasn't even sure I got in with my Army Membership Code for certain because I kept having to click the unlock button so I'm confused about that. But what you experienced is awful just awful. I'm sure a lovely army out there will help if they can. I'm very sad cuz I struck out with Suga pre-sale never even got a code for that but I did get lucky and buy resale tickets later. It was my first and only BTS member concert with D-Day tour, I had MOTS tickets in Atlanta but the pandemic happened. But I don't think I'm gonna have that kinda luck this time with resale. I just don't see how I'm ever gonna get BTS tickets again and I've never seen them in concert MOTS was gonna be my first one.
Big tip…if you didn’t get tickets, wait until the last couple of days before the show and people are always trying to off load tickets for whatever reason. I will usually do this and always get better tickets for a good price. Luckily I was able to get my ticket as I couldn’t afford to get a ticket for Suga.
@ I will start looking a week ahead of time but typically 1-3 days before the show. I unfortunately couldn’t afford to get Suga tix but was lucky enough to get through the queue for Hobi.

You can easily get in the new York shows right now--i went in just to see what the ques were and I was number 2. I already got tickets for the San Antonio show so I didn't get the new York ones but I bet you can still get tickets. Don't give up. You had to have a US membership not a global membership if that threw anyone off. I had global but had to get another one.
Man, Jose, that is AWFUL. I don't see how it would benefit anyone to use your number because then Ticketmaster sent a six digit code to your phone at that number and the conmen wouldn't be able to see the code, right? Anyway, what a nightmare! Here he's right in Texas and you couldn't get in! I tried for Chicago- came into the queue at number 34,866! I waited anyway in case of a miracle. But really the venue only has 18,500 seats so if everybody bought an average of two tickets, the tickets should've been sold out by the time they got down to 25,000 (when you are in the queue, you're only there for that particular concert, right? you're not in the queue for all the concerts in that town?). However, the queue just kept moving, giving me false hope. I really really wish they would just say it's sold out. Anyway, when I got in finally, there was one seat left that was $800 something before fees, that disappeared in front of me, I kind of doubt it was there to begin with! Have to say your video thumbnail popped up and I just burst out laughing at the title! Gonna watch the online concert to console myself, and think about the money I am saving-- that I will HOPEfully (pun intended) spend on OT7 2026 concert tickets! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

There were several people on Twitter saying that once they got in, they were seeing other people's names on their account instead of their own. There was definitely a big system issue.
I'm really sorry this happened to you, Jose. Changing your number to protect your private financial information might be necessary. I hope that goes as quickly.
Also, I know some have questioned WHY stadiums weren't booked for this and can tell you from having worked in the music industry that 1) This tour may have been decided more recent that we think, which means, 2) most Stadiums are booked months (even years) in advance and 3) if there are no stadiums available to coincide with the timing of this tour, then there would have been nothing available for them to work with. There is so much more involved in putting on a tour and timing vs availability is everything (and it seems Hobi did not want to go beyond the beginning of June 2025...so this is what we have.)

That's what happened to me with BTS Las Vegas shows. All I wanted was 1 lousy ticket out of 4 shows!!! I didn't even try this time, 'cause I knew it would be stress and because it's kind of scary for me to travel alone to get to these shows. NY is closest but I'm in PA.
I had like 3500 people in front of me for 3/18 in Chicago, but when it was my turn and I was thrown in the room, the seat map and ticket picker list, etc. never loaded. I sat looking at a rotating ticket the whole time. Best queue spot I've ever had, too. I was so sick. I was in a second queue on another tab for 3/17 with 7200 people in front of me, but by the time I got in everything I clicked on was already purchased, and then it sold out. Luckily a friend of a friend had an extra set of tickets and sold us those at her cost. That's why ARMY always tries to buy 4 tickets even if they need fewer, to keep the seats out of the darn scalpers hands. Also, I logged in from a different computer in the morning, just to make sure everything was copacetic...and when I tried to check later, my session had "timed out" (mind you, I was only on the website...not in the waiting room). I was never able to log into my account on that computer again for the rest of the week. Today was the first day I could log in again on that computer (checking for re-sale tix).
I'm so sorry for you. I feel that will be my fate especially because I never see handicap seating; or in my case parking. I use a wheelchair but need a seat for my companion. I'm till going to try!💜

Gosh!!! I feel so terrible for you Jose... I can truly understand your anger... For me its the first time seeing some one get the ticket and I am already so terrified when I would want to buy for BTS OT7 World Tour after their come back as I would be done with all my major responsibilities and would be free to travel... If its gonna be anything like this it would be so crazy and frustrating... I just hope Hobi gets his true ARMYs who have paid the original price for all those venues.
I tried for the San Antonio on Thursday, too. I was in the queue with over 8K. I got into seating, and hardly any seats left. Within seconds, they were gone. 😱 Will try for LA.
I have no idea why I was able to get tickets this time. I got on Ticketmaster early and was 190 in the queue. I was able to buy four tix in like five minutes. Nosebleeds, but I’m fine with that. It’s very confusing though, because for past BTS concerts I was in the presale queue for hours and never was able to purchase. I’ve seen BTS six times and ONLY ever got my tix via reseller and for way too much money. This feels like a miracle. That being said, Jose, try again tomorrow when they go on general sale. I bet you’ll have success. (As long as no one else is using your phone number.) A couple of times in the past I found very last-minute resales and was able to get them just days in advance. You can make it happen!!💜
Was lucky, for chicago, #3450 in queue, got VIP, floor, within 10 minutes . My sister also got 2 for Oakland. First time ive been that lucky for anything

Ticketmaster said to put in 9 digit membership number but in fact 11 digit needed which means the letters need to be included in the 9 digit.
Totally *sucks* Jose and me and a million+ other fans are feeling the Ticketmaster *BURN* !!! The only thing I can suggest, is that you clear out your browser cookies, cache, browsing history etc. (does mean you will have re enter everything manually but worth a shot) Hopefully that will also clear you out of the queue null status! I had the craziest experience. First, the app would not let me into que. It kept saying..... due to inactivity.... Finally, I used my work computer, got logged in, got into the que, and when the sale started, I was number 601! I got into the sale after about 6 minutes, but then, my membership number would not work. I randomly clicked on the seating section, and for whatever reason, the seats started to show without the code, but all of the upper level seats were blocked for some reason! Just as I was about to give up, I saw these circles with yellow stars, and I clicked one. It was a seat. I swear at that point I just clicked to buy. I literally had no idea of what seat it was or where. Then, success, section 20, right by the stage VIP 🤦🏾♀️. It cost more than I wanted to spend but I got it.😢
Always think that the yellow stars or orange are VIPs or Platinum seats.
He should have done a stadium tour! He had 100000 people at Lollapalooza! These guys need to have confidence that they are going to sell out!

I think people need to remember what the guys want instead of themselves, I'm sure he is fully aware after Suga's tour he could've done stadium. I don't think people realize the planning and logistics involved with a stadium tour compared to an arena, how many stage crew is needed and scheduling in advance. I don't think it has anything do with J-Hope's confidence and everything to do with what he chose for himself given the planning. Maybe he doesn't want to do one without his members, I'm kinda getting tired of people complaining of what J-Hope should be doing.

I'm so sorry Jose. I also tried to buy tickets for the Chicago shows, but they put me all the way to 18,900+ line, I knew then that it wasn't going happen, THOUGH I still had hope. Unfortunately, by my turn, all the tickets were gone, except for one that are in the $700+ range which is too much for me.

This tour sounds amazing it really dose but even with both chicago dates falling on spring break for us. We can't go, gotta save up for the kiddos senior year of high school and making sure she can afford to have an amazing year next year has to come first. I tried the second day show immediately.. i didn’t bother to try on the first day show… got 200 in front of me.. i set reminder so i was logged in 15 mins prior .. got in first 200 infront me for Brooklyn show… i already saved prepayment so managed got my tickets 5 mins tops….

@@crystalsnow1138Ticketmaster has a resale option that should be good to use. I used StubHub for my Suga tickets because I was brand new to BTS and couldn’t get them during the regular sale. I paid less than others were reporting with the dynamic pricing issue that was going on. I don’t know if they were legit or from scalpers, but I had no problem using them.
@ maybe StubHub or Vivid Seats. They can get cheaper the closer to the venue date.

I had 7,000 people in front of me. And when I got in there was nothing left for Chicago.
I had 8000, I tried for an hour and ended up with one ticket.
i was in the same boat. around 7009 for day 1 chicago and 45k for day 2 chicago lol. but the queue for day 1 moved painfully slow and i didn’t even get in to buy tickets until 20 minutes after the sale started, so you can imagine that at that point there were barely ANY seats left and of what was left, they sold out in like seconds anyways and were outrageously priced platinum tickets. as for day 2, i definitely gave up on that since i didn’t think i was getting through at all. im really hoping there’s some tickets they kept back for general sale tomorrow, but i highly doubt it. i’m really disappointed about the outcome, i would love to see him on tour. but i keep telling myself that I at least got to see hobi at lollapalooza!
might try for resale on stubhub or vividseats if i get desperate enough or just wait until closer to the concert to see if they release any extra tickets (i remember they did that for yoongi.) or maybe just watch the livestream for the seoul concert lol. oh well, maybe this is just a sign to wait for the ot7 comeback tour next year instead!

I started with both tabs up for both days. One queue had over 8,000 people in front of me. The other close to that amount. Kept going back and forth between tabs. One line was moving faster. When I finally got in to buy, I literally watched everything disappear. I got discouraged and emotional, but stayed inside although I kinda gave up. I stayed for a while, then seats started popping up. And I would click and the price was too high. Click again, same thing. Waited longer, more seats popped up. Saw 214 (which is balcony and I wanted balcony). Clicked...it went to my shopping cart, and I got it. It was extremely stressful. Even much more than D-Day. I am grateful to have gotten a ticket. I was aiming for 3 to help other ARMYs out (because of resellers) but it was tough.
So when you stay on the page do you refresh or just wait for seats to maybe pop up?

I was one of the first 4k for the 31st and when it was my turn I was kicked out. I am so 😡. I was so excited, I have never been so close to the front of the line.
I was able to get OAK tix in a surprisingly short time. I just kept breathing and kept clicking seats at the 100 level until it went all the way through to purchase. I've had it much worse since trying for tix at their first concert in 2018. Almost every time they sold out in seconds and ended up going to StubHub or had help with friends and who succeeded in getting the group all tix. We all knew it was like the Hunger Games. It's just that this time the odds were actually in my favor and I got them at a decent price of $448. I've had to pay over $600 sometimes but I realize that that even $450 is still a lot of money for most people. I hope you do get tix too. If not for this concert then for the reunion concert in 2026.

I didn’t have any luck with Brooklyn dates. When I logged in, there were 49,409 in front of me. After an hour, I was in, but every time I tried to get tickets, it said, “The tickets you selected are not available.” I’m trying for Oakland now. Towards the end of the hour, the numbers started going and suddenly I was in. I was only looking for 1 ticket.
I got a ticket in Oakland!!! I went online 2-1/2 hrs ahead of time to see the countdown to sales time. That helped get me with only 4000 in front of me. It only took 15 min once sales opened. Whew! Stressful!!

Something really needs to be done about the ticket buying process. Other countries don’t allow resale of tickets and some have a lottery process to allow fair pricing and fair opportunity. I hate that we are just obsessed with money here. And no hate to any artist at all, but if you know you’re gonna sell out tickets, then just book the bigger venues. Like I know that you have to be cautious, but the bigger ones gotta know!

Since I'm 64 and my sons are 35 & 26 they havd thdir own home.
The stars literally aligned for my wife and I to SUGA, by all accounts it should have been impossible. We somehow on that day actually had money and contact with a few ARMYS where it worked out. We have pretty much decided that aren't going to try for the others. Especially needing ADA and the hell that was VIP. The ticket situation just gets worse every time. With the dynamic pricing, the scalpers, the bait and switch codes, and then also somehow still poor venue communication it feels unsafe.
I love these men but I do also love myself and my wife, and life be hard enough already. For ARMYS that do go (and @Jose I hope you are one of them) please don't let anything ruin the experience. Remember that the people around you that day are also ARMY, try to stay positive, aware, and safe. Look out for each other, especially our ADA peeps 💜
I’m an Aussie ARMY with constant pain from a car accident many years ago. Mobility is difficult , so I feel your struggle. I’m really hoping that the BTS world tour next year comes to Oz. I know the chances of getting tickets here is very low, so I figure I’ll try to get one and if successful, THEN I’ll sorry about all the logistical and disability issues! (And hope my doctor will be generous with pain meds 😂)

For those asking for more cities for BTS to perform, remember they are not robots. World tours are taxing to them and their bodies. Yes, they may be young but I don’t think they can sustain that constant pressure and travel on their bodies. Save your money and go to the cities where they are performing. Support the city by booking hotels and car rental or Uber/Lyft.

My friend and I were attempting to buy for the Chicago stops. I got through the queue pretty quickly but when I would attempt to select a seat it kept telling me my Army Membership code was invalid. I entered it with the letters and it still kept telling me it was invalid. I did signup and was verified on Weverse. We are not sure what was happening. I'm so sorry. I ended up getting one (lucky) right before they probably sold out. I was trying for 2 but the one's left were the expensive ones and I can't afford $1000 for tickets. The one I did get though was "Official Platinum" which just means I paid MORE for a normal ticket because Ticketmaster deems that the ticket was in "high demand" and I don't get anything extra with that. Grateful I get to go but...I'm conflicted lol.

I was 9079 in que. My turn came and they were sold out right before my eyes. I couldn't click fast enough. The one I clicked was handicap seat. They sold out in 30 minutes for San Antonio. I was in waiting room 30 minutes early.
I’m so sorry that happened! My daughter was trying for tickets to Brooklyn & before her number came up tickets were already on sale on the resale sites! She then waited simultaneously for Chicago or San Antonio eventually was able to get 3 tickets for San Antonio! I was hoping I’d be able to meet you because I was sure you would be there. It really sucks that things got screwed up for you. 😡 You need to get that cleared up before the BTS World Tour!
I live just north of San Antonio and was so excited to get tickets to see Hobi and I wound up with nothing. What a disappointment! Hobi is one of my biases and was ready to see him.

Also I wasn't even sure I got in with my Army Membership Code for certain because I kept having to click the unlock button so I'm confused about that. But what you experienced is awful just awful. I'm sure a lovely army out there will help if they can. I'm very sad cuz I struck out with Suga pre-sale never even got a code for that but I did get lucky and buy resale tickets later. It was my first and only BTS member concert with D-Day tour, I had MOTS tickets in Atlanta but the pandemic happened. But I don't think I'm gonna have that kinda luck this time with resale. Big tip…if you didn’t get tickets, wait until the last couple of days before the show and people are always trying to off load tickets for whatever reason. I will usually do this and always get better tickets for a good price. Luckily I was able to get my ticket as I couldn’t afford to get a ticket for Suga.
How many days before the concert do you suggest? Did you get your Suga ticket through ticketmaster or a different site?
@ I will start looking a week ahead of time but typically 1-3 days before the show. I unfortunately couldn’t afford to get Suga tix but was lucky enough to get through the queue for Hobi.
@ That's awesome. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get J-Hope tickets. Did you get your Suga resale ticket through ticketmaster? Because I'm kind of scared of other sites like stubhub or vivid.

@ I couldn’t afford to go to Suga. But I will often spend up to $500 for a ticket to certain shows. My J-Hope ticket was $488.
You can easily get in the new York shows right now--i went in just to see what the ques were and I was number 2. I already got tickets for the San Antonio show so I didn't get the new York ones but I bet you can still get tickets. Don't give up. You had to have a US membership not a global membership if that threw anyone off. I had global but had to get another one.
Ticketmaster are scammers. Priced according to demand. I paid £180 for a ticket that was £45. That's not reselling, that's original....fkn disgusting!

Man, Jose, that is AWFUL. I don't see how it would benefit anyone to use your number because then Ticketmaster sent a six digit code to your phone at that number and the conmen wouldn't be able to see the code, right? Anyway, what a nightmare! Here he's right in Texas and you couldn't get in!
I tried for Chicago- came into the queue at number 34,866! I waited anyway in case of a miracle. But really the venue only has 18,500 seats so if everybody bought an average of two tickets, the tickets should've been sold out by the time they got down to 25,000 (when you are in the queue, you're only there for that particular concert, right? you're not in the queue for all the concerts in that town?). However, the queue just kept moving, giving me false hope. I really really wish they would just say it's sold out. Anyway, when I got in finally, there was one seat left that was $800 something before fees, that disappeared in front of me, I kind of doubt it was there to begin with!

Gonna watch the online concert to console myself, and think about the money I am saving-- that I will HOPEfully (pun intended) spend on OT7 2026 concert tickets!

There were several people on Twitter saying that once they got in, they were seeing other people's names on their account instead of their own. There was definitely a big system issue.
This kind of selling system is not fair at all. That needs to change. Im sorry for you Jose. Myself, no change. Living in Finland so....😢

Also, I know some have questioned WHY stadiums weren't booked for this and can tell you from having worked in the music industry that 1) This tour may have been decided more recent that we think, which means, 2) most Stadiums are booked months (even years) in advance and 3) if there are no stadiums available to coincide with the timing of this tour, then there would have been nothing available for them to work with. There is so much more involved in putting on a tour and timing vs availability is everything (and it seems Hobi did not want to go beyond the beginning of June 2025...so this is what we have.)

That's what happened to me with BTS Las Vegas shows. All I wanted was 1 lousy ticket out of 4 shows!!! I didn't even try this time, 'cause I knew it would be stress and because it's kind of scary for me to travel alone to get to these shows. NY is closest but I'm in PA.
Dang, yeah. Heart was already pounding even before the presale started from what I've heard but experiencing it first hand was way worse 😕
Imagine how difficult it will be to get tickets when all the boys come out of military, tickets will be so much harder to get and so pricey too
I had like 3500 people in front of me for 3/18 in Chicago, but when it was my turn and I was thrown in the room, the seat map and ticket picker list, etc. never loaded. I sat looking at a rotating ticket the whole time. Best queue spot I've ever had, too. I was so sick. I was in a second queue on another tab for 3/17 with 7200 people in front of me, but by the time I got in everything I clicked on was already purchased, and then it sold out. Luckily a friend of a friend had an extra set of tickets and sold us those at her cost. That's why ARMY always tries to buy 4 tickets even if they need fewer, to keep the seats out of the darn scalpers hands. Also, I logged in from a different computer in the morning, just to make sure everything was copacetic...and when I tried to check later, my session had "timed out" (mind you, I was only on the website...not in the waiting room). I was never able to log into my account on that computer again for the rest of the week. Today was the first day I could log in again on that computer (checking for re-sale tix).
I was 24000 +. I finally got in and my code kept getting rejected. I was so disappointed.
I'm so sorry for you. I feel that will be my fate especially because I never see handicap seating; or in my case parking. I use a wheelchair but need a seat for my companion. I'm till going to try!💜
I am so sorry about that. We were 6,000 in queue, but because of the glitch, there were only balcony 230~ levels left... Still, i am very grateful. Hope we meet at OT7 concert, best of luck!!
Gosh!!! I feel so terrible for you Jose... I can truly understand your anger... For me its the first time seeing some one get the ticket and I am already so terrified when I would want to buy for BTS OT7 World Tour after their come back as I would be done with all my major responsibilities and would be free to travel... If its gonna be anything like this it would be so crazy and frustrating... I just hope Hobi gets his true ARMYs who have paid the original price for all those venues.
I tried for the San Antonio on Thursday, too. I was in the queue with over 8K. I got into seating, and hardly any seats left. Within seconds, they were gone. 😱

Got in the waiting room, queue went by fast BUT it kept REJECTING my passcode!
I have no idea why I was able to get tickets this time. I got on Ticketmaster early and was 190 in the queue. I was able to buy four tix in like five minutes. Nosebleeds, but I’m fine with that. It’s very confusing though, because for past BTS concerts I was in the presale queue for hours and never was able to purchase. I’ve seen BTS six times and ONLY ever got my tix via reseller and for way too much money. This feels like a miracle. That being said, Jose, try again tomorrow when they go on general sale. I bet you’ll have success. (As long as no one else is using your phone number.) A couple of times in the past I found very last-minute resales and was able to get them just days in advance. You can make it happen!!💜
Was lucky, for chicago, #3450 in queue, got VIP, floor, within 10 minutes . My sister also got 2 for Oakland. First time ive been that lucky for anything
