Also check the fresh food door seal as the air circulates from the freezer to the refrigerator and if the lower door seal is failing it will pull in the moist air and show up in the freezer also, as the system only has one evaporator for both compartments.
Nice vid. Long time customer. The past few years frigidaire freezer will frost up on top of freezer. Almost always when the door swing is reversed on a new fridge delivery. If you swap the swing. Flip the seal/gasket as well. Easy fix. Stick and move!
No comment on a possibly clogged drain? I have one that gets moisture in the freezer, the gaskets check good on the freezer door. No moisture in the fresh food compartment.
If the door gasket/seal is good and the refrigerators defrost cycle is running properly you should not have to coat the inside if the freezer compartment. If you have further questions you can email Leigh Stevens at leigh.stevens@hdsupply.com. He can assist you further.
Good video but I came here to get information about what to do about the actual frost.
Not sure what it is but I like this guy. Has cool (pun intended) energy. Thanks for the helpful tip

This is the most musically inspiring freezer video! Haha where did you get it?
You neglected to mention how full the freezer should be kept to increase efficiency, which als has a bearing on frost buildup.
Thank you, this was very helpful 😊
This makes sense

thanks
No unplug?
but is there something we might also be able to coat the inside walls to further slow the build up of frost within a freezer???

Cherry, spray cooking oil on the whole inside area of your freezer. Ice won't stick to that. Works like a dream
i love snow
I clicked on the video because I thought Mr. Walter White changed career!
