40 MIN POWERFUL STANDING DUMBBELL WORKOUT | No Repeat | No Floor Exercises

- //🔥STANDING DUMBBELL POWER🔥// Build your strength & power with this combination of strength & cardio moves that bring the burn without any getting up & down off the floor.
You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this full body standing workout. I used a set of 3kg + 8kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
There are 2 Circuits to complete. Work through each exercise for 40 secs work/15 secs rest
Circuit 1

3️⃣Forward Lunge to Press (R) Side
4️⃣Forward Lunge to Press (L) Side
5️⃣DB Punch
6️⃣DB Squat Swings
7️⃣Rainbow Squat Crunch (L) Side
8️⃣Rainbow Squat Crunch (R) Side
9️⃣Jumping Jack Lateral Raise
🔟Lateral Lunge Raise & Balance (L) Side
⏸Lateral Lunge Raise & Balance
2️⃣DB Double Pulse Thrusters
3️⃣DB Ground & Pound
4️⃣DB Alt Curtsy Lunge & Curl
5️⃣Hang Snatch to Lunge (L) Side

7️⃣DB Woodchop
8️⃣DB Windmill (L) Side

I really like the standing workouts! I'm 63 and in pretty good shape. However, the all standing workouts work better for me...all that up and down can take me a bit to transition. Thanks for all your awesome workouts!

Oh my gosh penny just completed this and I am wiped out now 💪🏼 lots of fighting with my head to complete certain exercises but feel great. Love the sausage duo especially now I have welcomed one into our family, there amazing dogs

Another fun and challenging workout! Thanks, Penny! 😁 The side windmill is a very tough exercise and I have to reduce my weights to get into the windmill position. I actually like having some real challenges because I can feel progress little by little. You're such a great role model b/c you do those windmills with ease! 🥰 The 40 minutes went by so fast, just loved it! ❤
