This week we decided to make Dole Whip at home!! Disney recently released a Dole Whip recipe you can make at home which we will cover in the video and I will post the ingredients below. In the recipe it shows vanilla ice cream but Dole Whip is dairy free. This prompted me to do some research. Good Morning America actually posted the recipe Dole has on their website which is actually dairy free. I this video we will take you through each step on how to make each recipe and let you know which one we felt tasted the most like the Dole Whip found at Disney Parks.
Heres is the Disney recipe they posted on Instagram:
Ingredients:
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
4 oz. of pineapple juice
2 cups of frozen pineapple
Here is the Dole recipe on their Website:
Ingredients:
1 cup of pineapple juice frozen
1 banana peeled and frozen
2 and 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of coconut unsweetened milk

1/2cup milk
1/2cup sweetened condensed milk
Blend till smooth

You need a vitamix. It will not leave any chunks. It makes such great smoothies and things like this. Thanks for sharing guys. I wanna make with condensed milk and heavy cream. Umm umm!

I had my first pineapple dole whip in Hawaii at the dole plantation in 1984. Addicted. As for Disneyland never been, never tried but just doesnt seem right. Pineapple =hawaii

I would use can pineapples in the syrup, freezing and try it that way I haven't made it before but I am going to try. pineapples that's in its own syrup will probably be even better I'm going to try this and see what happens😊

I made my own recipe, try it please and let me know if you like it. I’m gonna make a TikTok on it soon.
First I whip up a small container of semi thawed cool whip with a quarter of vanilla pudding til it resembles cake whipped frosting.
1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks and put in food processor with a splash of pineapple juice and process till smooth, add a dollop of the prepared cool whip and process again til creamy.
Disney's recipe isn't actually Dole Whip. It's called "Pineapple Frozen Treat" on the Disneyland app. :)

I make the Dole Whip using only two ingredients. 16 oz frozen pineapple chunks and 1 cup of chilled coconut cream.
