    Thanks for the video. That’s how I’ve been sharpening my green teeth for a couple years. I tried using a green wheel and a drill press. The tooth got hot and the solder melted. I got a small diamond wheel and it no longer gets hot. I don’t even have to hold down the drill press handle. Just add a little weight and a few minutes later it’s sharp.

    How do the 1100's hold up against rocks? We use 900's on ours. Is your grinding wheel a 20 inch diameter wheel, or is it bigger? Thanks.

      penguinistas, I think the wheel diameter is about three foot acros, the teeth does alright for a little while and then they suck or chip terrible and need to swapped out.

    That silicate dust from the green wheel is super bad to breath in wear a mask! You took the time and shortened your life to sharpen those teeth and then beat the carbide with a hammer! Lol wtf

      O ya and those green teeth only need tightened to 45 ft lbs so the impact is way over kill
