This is so true, So much time is wasted waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect plan, the perfect conditions. But at a certain point, you realize. You just have to START.
I was chasing perfection and excellents even though i knew that i would probably never catch it.But just the fact that i was willing to chase it,i would beat most of my opponents, because most of my opponents would never chase something that didnt have any guarantees attached to it...-Kobe Bryant💙 Mamba Mentality🐍

The "mvp" is a great strategy to learn because yes you are still striving for greatness in whatever you are doing but you can still accept that some losses and pain will come along your pathway. Accepting this will help you grow as a person and find ways to improve as a whole. There is always room for improvement even if it is the smallest thing, Great video 👍
@@SamMartinPeakPerformance all of them hit the mark. However, you saying that we should keep a good pace with the strategies by implementing 2 at a time. That is what i am taking as I start from 1 and 2 until 24.
I wish I could remember the motorcycle racer’s name who said this, as I just read it last week. Might’ve been a former MotoGP or WorldSBK guy, someone who’s raced at one of the highest levels of the sport. He said “I’ve only ever ridden 4 or 5 perfect laps in my life”. That kind of put things into perspective for me as a hobbyist trackday rider/club racer that only does this a handful or two’s worth of days a year. Especially compared to someone who had hundreds of thousands of laps during the span of his life & career.
fantastic fantastic video, something i’ve been facing and trying to overcome for a little while now. this video helped confirm what i was thinking and taught me many new and very helpful mental patterns. thanks Sam, love the channel
My MVP Minimal Viable performance has always been my win / loss ratio in recovering possession of the ball. I strived for perfectionism in this area, because I had control of it. I could decide when and how I would execute it. For any other more flashy aspect of the game, scoring, assists, I was to dependant on when and how I would get the ball... If my first attempts failed, I analysed my behaviour to see how I could be more efficient. With little adjustments, I always managed to have a high positive ratio of wins in the end of a game. I may have lost focus on scoring or attacking skills, of being a more famous player , for the medias and the sponsors, but I was always in the team, and my coaches always confident in my performance.
Hi coach, how do we intend and not expect please reply me with example .like I want to dribble the defender or goal keeper every time I face him.How do we intend that and also not expect it 🙏
Sam i am asking this question which is different from topic - how to add value to other people at work to build professional relationships so that it increases our chances of achieving success faster.. any good books on this subject ? I've heard that network is networth.
Maybe the guy just wants to play for a club he loves? Personally, if I was a footballer, I'd only want to play for 1 club no matter where in the footballing pyramids they were.
Another amazing video my brother. It’s all about focusing on the process of development. Just always enjoy every second of the moment. By moment I mean the hard work, the success, the failures, the learning curve, everything. Enjoy everything and focus on improving every single day to become one step closer to your fullest potential. That’s what I always think as an athlete. Personal growth 🦾🙏🏼📈

GOAT mentality
I was told this recently.
If you expect perfection from yourself but never believe that you are perfect, you are doomed to fail from the very start.
truthbomb 💣
Thanks for this bro ❤
I didn't know people believed in perfection. Lads no one of us are perfect and at the highest level we still need to improve
💪
I recommended this svideo. I really struggle with this. It is definitely a real problem.

Love it 💪 if the very elite understand this, then everyone else has no choice but to do so too
GOLDEN THANK YOU 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Nice one Sam!
Not heard of the MVP explanation. I prefer it to ‘stretched’ & ‘base line’ goals.
Thanks Jeffrey 👍

Bro how do u build obsession 😮
it's a positive feedback loop. you need to enjoy/celebrate your wins so that you want to experience them again and again and again
