I have spent months looking at compact house designs... And I must say, this plan by far is one of the best I have seen. I really would like to know the estimated cost to build in the southern part of the United States with standard materials. Also, since it is meters, how would this plan fit in a 24 feet by 90 feet narrow lot and where could I possibly obtain or purchase the plans at hand? Lastly, has this plan been physically built, are there any real videos or photos to look at?
I agree the plan is unique in that it uses space efficiently and doesn't feel clustered. Tye only adjustment I would make is widening the first floor by three. feet

Can actually use this particular design, just extend the length of car garage by making it a block instead of iron then above it becomes a room at 2nd floor 🤷♂️another room above it at third floor 🤔which makes 5 bedrooms and 4 wc.

Good day po new follower po ako and im a fan of your works. dami dn nag rereq. ako dn po sna mag rerequest hoping to get an idea. 50 ft x 34 ft sukat ng lupa namin. bka po pwede nyoko mabgyan idea, High ceiling with 2 car garrage, i was hoping yung 34 ft side will be the car garrage and sa taas nya ung masters BR. sana po mapansin thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 keep posting ideas. it helps alot lalo sa mga kgaya naming wlang idea about construction and interior designs.
