Sobrang na amaze po ako sa mga gawa nio..sobrang ganda..pa request po sana ako L type po sa lot area nmin split style.lot area po is 4x15 m 2 story po with roof deck na pwdeng maging function area..yong front side po na along the hiway po sa ground floor is gagawing minimart at yong 2nd floor po is botique na may katabing 1 room at t&b..at yong sa likod po don gagawin yong house na 2 story rin with roof deck may 3 bedroom at 2 t&b..L type po kasi yong lot area nmin..bali sa likod na kami gagawa ng garahe at gate may sukat po na 4x6..hopefully po ma consider nio itong request ko..so much appreciated po ako..thank u and godless.

Hello. Wow ang ganda naman po ng mga designs ninyo. Pwede po pa request 50sqm lot po. 3-storey house 6mx8m. First flloor, hati ng garage at computer shop, bale tig 3x8 po sila. 2nd floor, 1 bath, kitchen and living and small balcony, 3rd floor, 1 master bedroom with own toilet, and another 1 kid's room. Hello po nakakatuwa naman makita na nagbibigay kayo ng sample na requests na design na bahay, if not taking advantage, can I also asks for a design every year po kasi kapag season na ng bagyo nagbabaha sa kalye namin at kung minsan ay inaabot ang loob ng bahay namin, baka pwede naman po kayong mag design na medyo mataas ang buhos ng flooring yung parking ay pataas, at kung maaari po sana made from tubular ang house frame para tipid, ang possible sukat po ng lot area ay 5 x 7 small house design thanks

Hello, your work looks great! Pa request po ng 5X6 2 storey house, open concept with roof deck, firewall on both sides. Living room on the main floor and kitchen facing the front door with island that serves as the dining table as well. Stairs on the side with 1/2 bath CR. 2nd floor is 1 bedroom with walk in closet and full bath CR. Facade is full glass with balcony on the 2nd floor. Roof deck has roof on one side for bbq. Maraming salamat po. 😊

Thanks for your amazing designs and ideas. How about 3-storey with roofdeck house with 7 rooms in 10mtr x 15mtr (150sq mtr) lot with 1 mtr offset at left and ride side area. Garage parking for 5 cars at the ground floor with mini garden, toilet and wash area and access steel stairs going to 2nd floor area dirty kitchen and kitchen proper. Guest room, common T&B, living area, dining area, kitchen, dirty kitchen at 2nd floor. Master Bedroom with T&B and 3 seperate rooms with common T&B at 3rd floor. 2 seperate rooms and common T&B, mini garden at roofdeck. Thanks. God bless you more.

Love your designs. Been looking for a split level design on a 60 sq.m. lot with 2 bedrms. one on each floor with a small front porch and a bit of green grass at the front. I have no idea how all of those will fit.
Pwede po ba kayo guma ng house na may 5 bedrooms, 1 carport, then yung living, dining, and kitchen area is an open plan. 3 floors, then may roof deck. Then parang may porch sa likod ng house. I would be happy po kung magagawa niyo po tong request.
The construction of the second bedroom could be taller, so it would have a window at the top to let in natural light.

Hi! I really love your designs. Everytime na napapanood ko mga videos mo napapa-wow talaga ako. Pwede rin ba mag-request? Balak ko din kasi magpatayo ng bahay in 9x7.5 dimension lot ng 2-door townhouse style apartment with 1-car garage, 1-toilet & bath, 2-bedrooms on the 2nd floor (for each unit) and roof deck with 1-room and laundry area. Yung 1st unit lang ang may access sa roof deck. Yung sa 2nd unit sana may utility/laundry area din. Yung lot po pala is located 2nd from the corner lot. Thank you po if you grant my request.
