@sibe6096 truth. Strickland's cardio and defensive strategy is unmatched. The best way to gain fighter cardio is to spar. You're effectively killing two birds with one stone.

Dricus has scary power but how does he do in the championship rounds - if it even goes that far. Should be a good scrap
