I have not violated any policies, yet, why am I getting this review that "google placed ads on publisher content" when I do not even have any ads placed on my content!

I received the same violation after using custom domain, but when I use my old orginila blogspot and deleted custom domain, I still have my ads on

I wish there was more examples on what would be website without publisher content. And how much content is needed to be on a website in order for it to be considered to display ads.

Please provide us with real live examples so that we know where we are actually going wrong, optherwise we seem to go in circles not knowing what exactly suits your policies. Maybe you should start a tutorial to help us when constructing our blogs or websites.

Sounds good!
But to be honest, I guess you will use or already use some automatic robots review, which is not able to decide if that place has valuable content or not.
Also, I've touched on the case when ads in the mobile game were blocked in the case of "Site Behavior: Navigation". But in this game ads are only presented by Rewarded video ads for valuable player resources and Interstitials are shown when users are going to a new server. But the most strange thing is that this game is an online shooter and any ad placement in this game is activated only after many hours of gameplay. So it's hard to believe that someone from the Admob team had played this shooter for 10 hours to find the ads.
