I love the fact that you tell people how to do it both as a meat head and as a coach with the sciency stuff and at the end you go there and do the actual sets with high weights

Great stuff. Glad you called out the potential for biceps tendinitis on the seated cable cross. Had to go to the doc because of bicep tendon inflammation, and the cable cross was one movement that really irritated it, but I’m able to work around it by tucking the elbows a bit more.
Had to eliminate upper chest pressing for now though and get that stimulation through low cable crosses.

Coach I have a request behalf of all your followers, i need you to tell us about getting rid of injuries, you know what i mean like I can't extend my right elbow completely, I donno what happened and even it aches sometimes and also my right knee, recent 3 weeks I'm having hard time with the strain, it didn't get well after 3 weeks putting my leg days off.
Please make a video, how to prevent and come out of those stuffs. Shoulder, elbow, knee, wrist, lower back, mid back etc etc 😅 pls start with knee and elbow.
    Thanks coach♥️

@hypertrophy coach; on my pattern analysis on fatigue... the head down on most pec bias movements is on 6/10 reps. Otherwise the initial setup forgoes this. The head as u intimated does trigger a postural effect, spinal flexion, and more obviously protraction. This has the muscular bias moved to anterior delt, as mechanical advantage is now handed away from pec’mjr. So I give similar cues to ameliorate. Hands closing is tertiary lever just humeral adduction is primary lever. Head packed gives man cleavage, gets free drinks at a bar🎉😂

Just one question, is nessessary for bench press to be accompanied by retraction as well as depression of shoulder bladers to well-perform?

Never liked a "push" workout...too much overlap. Better to train chest/arm..or chest/back...legs...delts/arms.
