Thank you. Aurora is hard to describe. The wonderful thing about her is that as one learns more about her, she only gets more magical. She has the healing powers of a goddess.

I fell down the Aurora rabbit hole 6 years ago and I can honestly say that no one has ever has moved my emotions like this young artist,to say that she is special is an understatement simply put she is the essence of what the art of music should be all about forget all your mainstream rubbish that churn out all the same lyrics and cliches that you’ve heard millions of times before Aurora writes lyrics that makes you think deeply about life and the world we live they touch you like taking a medicine giving you hope that you are also unique and special, that you also deserved to be loved as much as anyone else, you see this so much in her live performance’s,at her concerts of which I’ve had the pleasure of seeing 3 times, her humility and humbleness and love she has for her fans(warriors) that she shows is so pure and genuine and the reason she is so loved in return by them she simply is a wonderful human being and a Genius, enjoy your journey with Aurora and as she would say “let love conquer your mind “❤️🍎❤️stay safe warriors 💪🏻

Agreed 100%. I'm a metalhead from way back, and there isn't another artist I know of who does what Aurora does. Artistry, ability, and sincerity, while also being as good of a person as she is an artist.

The last line is almost an exact call-back (words and melody) to the last line of her song Runaway. This song ends, "please don't leave me here", and Runaway ends, "please don't leave me here alone". Runaway was written when she was a child. That has made me wonder if that's the connection between the two, or perhaps she's just bringing back that familiar melody in the same way writers use particular phrases across different compositions.

this is why we play and listen to music from ALL artists, lands and cultures........Aurora just reaches in and touches your heart.......the transition to an a capella perfomance at 2:25 is stunning and the ending crushes your soul.......a beautiful hymn to innocence

Great reaction to such a beautiful song. She has so many wonderful performances to discover. I think you would really like her song Warrior from Haik performance. It is without a doubt a very SPECIAL performance by Aurora and worth your reaction for sure. Look forward to more thoughtful reactions.

AURORA is talking on behalf of the abandoned children of the world. Please don't leave me here. One of the greatest songs ever written and one of the greatest vocal performances ever.

Watch this one, Aurora with "Daydreamer" the final song from the magical HAIK concert of 2019 (ua-cam.com/video/XH-Pd8hYSoA/v-deo.html). It was filmed in the forest where Aurora played in her childhood. You will love her even more. PS Don't close your eyes when Aurora performs or you will miss a lot of the essence of her performance.

She is lovely isn’t she? I love her vocals and composition of her songs, they are so meaningful!
Nice reaction to it, she does stir up your emotions!
There’s also a song with the same title by Moody Blues from 1969, it’s really worth listening to!

Hi, dear Jess ! Thank you so much for coming back to my suggestion and reacting again to Aurora... and your reaction was so sweet and lovely. It feels like she is captivating you (like so many others) from the first moment you watch and listen to her... all these little things you noticed BESIDES the song and the lyrics show me how much you are into the video and the performance and that you take my suggestions serious. I would love to see you continuing the Aurora jpurney. Believe me, there is so much more to explore from Aurora... not only from this special concert. Every song has a deeper meaning behind it. Every text has a profound and disrtinct message... in every song, she is tellng a story with her eyes, her gestures and her body movements. if you want to explore more from this concert, I would suggest "It happened quite". Another "goosebump assurance song" with a really impressive story behind it.
Best wishes from a German Aurora fan to a (new) Australian Aurora fan !
    Gerry
PS : Why not reacting to the whole concert ? Believe me, you won't regret having put all the effort into it.

Very cool reaction. Great performance. And yes, her lyrics make you think and interpret it for yourself. You have nice idea how to interpret last line (and there is no bad or good interpretation - of course Aurora had something specific on mind (who knows) but everyone should interpret it how it feels for them :) ). Have a nice day and hope for another Aurora reaction :).

"times you need to see her smile/mother's hands are warm and mild." Not having a real connection to your mother, and when physical touch like a hugs were saved for only the worse moments...that line hits such a deep place.

I've heard some say that the last line is about her inner child not wanting to be left behind but.....
I tend to think it's Auroras adult-self not wanting to be left behind as her inner child is experiencing the world and mixing it with her imagination.
I hope she never explains it tho.
warms my heart to see you talk of your children and family with such appreciation..... thanks again Jess..... you might not be a child but I could see through your eyes for a little while.

    7:10 oooh.......Yes!
I've heard this song 100 times easy, and this performance was most of that.
But I'd never thought of the final line "please don't leave me here..." in the way you interpreted it.
But I 100% agree with you. Who knows what she intended...but it wouldn't surprise me if that's what she meant. Good take!

And thanks for reacting to one of my favourite performances by her😍
This whole concert from Nidarosdomen is so beautiful 💕
This is one of her most important songs.
And since you were talking about appreciating the small things, maybe you could react to a song from her latest album released in January this year:

Hi and thank you for this fine reaction. Goosebumps and shivers all over my body - every single time I hear this song. For me this is a masterpiece. So much feeling that AURORA brings to this song. This song must mean a lot to her. And the statement is simple and a commonly known truth. And yet as adults, at least most of us, we lose sight through the eyes of a child. I wish AURORA that she never grows up in that sense. Then we will continue to get such beautiful songs from her. We need someone to keep reminding us of this simple truth.
If you want to see a different side of AURORA look at
    - The Seed (Official Video - VEVO) - ua-cam.com/video/_Mc_OM5oNA8/v-deo.html - it's about the climat change, combative, shaking awake, last wake-up call
    Quotes from AURORA:
    1.
People often ask me how it is to be me. Which I find to be a very odd question. But then I sit down and I think about it. And I think the biggest difference between me and many people I meet is that I'm extremely free. I've never really cared about what people think what is right or to do what's wrong to do because I don't see any reason to stop myself from fulfilling my impulsive thoughts or doing whatever I want to do. And it's quite a good life when you're free and it's kind of weird because it's this in invisible force stopping people from following their instincts and from doing what they want.
    2.
I didn't like school. I still don't like school. I think it's important to learn and I love learning stuff but I don't like school so much because it's not made for energetic weird children and I was a very energetic and weird child.
    Have a nice weekend and
    Greetings from Germany
