I started watching Mythical Kitchen videos when Josh and Gina were on a stream. Super fun seeing them talk about food. Josh knows a lot about Vietnamese food

I was so excited when I saw Gina in the thumbnail. Her chaotic energy did not disappoint.
I used to eat that pork belly and egg dish all the time when I lived in Vietnam. These used to serve it in the VinMart grocery store under my apartment complex. SO GOOD.

What a perfect last name, because Gina is darling! Loved her humor, attitude and all around charisma
I have been seeing so much adobo content lately! Josh's version is something I make literally so often and have handed down the recipe to my son. I add some brown sugar for sweetness. So good!
It also has a version that is white pork adobo, it's a version without soy sauce and instead uses salt, it is my favorite version and it's great when it's cooked crispy.
When Gina said she should be cooking the dish drunk, I knew that she would fit right in with n the rest of the crew.

I wasn't sure if I was in the right head space to watch this episode today, but I decided to give it a try anyway. The moment I heard that Josh was making Pork Belly Adobo, I lit up, it's one of my favorite things to eat and make. Love you guys.
I feel like the professional palate hurts the judging it would always be hard to fool a professional palate but introduce an average Joe and it makes come down to their personal likes instead of saying aww man arugula micro greens it would be like oh I like the pretty leaves
